On Monday, two Democrat Attorney Generals sued Donald Trump citing the emoluments clause. Wednesday morning The Washington Post reported that 196 Democrats signed on to a similar lawsuit complaining that Trumps businesses give incentives to foreign businesses.
The left can’t impeach Trump so they’re going for endless lawsuits, leaving the U.S. taxpayer on the hook.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) led the filing in federal district court, and said Tuesday that while no Republicans had joined the lawsuit, they were welcome to do so.
Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) led the legal effort in the House.
The plan is devised by David Brock, backed by George Soros
It is part of the David Brock-George Soros plan to overthrow the President. After Trump won, Brock said he would build a legal team. “What we are going to do is use litigation as a way of tying Trump up in knots every way we can,” Brock says.
Time reported in January that Hillary Clinton advised Brock to sign top-notch litigators who would work pro bono against Trump. Her focus was the Russia investigation.
Brock went into talks with attorney Gloria Allred to help fund the defamation suit she has led against Trump on behalf of a former contestant from The Apprentice.
It is the Brock organization that went after O’Reilly and Hannity, succeeding in the case of O’Reilly.

A Brock-Soros tied organization CREW sued citing the emoluments clause in January but didn’t have a case. The lawsuit by the AGs cited that case in their lawsuit on Monday. We now have 200 Democrats signing on to the case, hoping to set Trump up for a later impeachment.
The Emoluments Clause bars a president from receiving payments from foreign governments, including government-owned businesses. Trump has covered his bases but it doesn’t matter to these people.
He has resigned from his companies but still owns them. His lawyer explained.
This latest case should be thrown out of court for the partisan effort it is. None of these people have suffered damage. Unfortunately that might not happen. We now live under judicial tyranny. U.S. courts are filled with far-left ACLU types after 8 years of Obama and the lingering Clinton judges.

The plan in more detail
The plan, created by David Brock, was outlined in a memo. It was given out to deep-pocketed liberals/leftists at a January meeting led by Brock. He is the founder of Media Matters. He is a close ally of George Soros who also provides much of his funding.
Titled, “Democracy Matters: Strategic Plan for Action,” the memo outlines Brock’s four-year agenda to attack Trump and Republicans using Media Matters, American Bridge, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), and Shareblue, each with their own strategy and attack plan.
It contains plans for defeating Trump through impeachment, expanding Media Matters’ mission to combat “government misinformation,” ensuring Democratic control of the Senate in the 2018 midterm elections, filing lawsuits against the Trump administration, monetizing political advocacy, using a “digital attacker” to delegitimize Trump’s presidency and damage Republicans, and partnering with Facebook to combat “fake news.”
On the surface, it’s a plan to influence the media and the public over the next four years but, at its core, it is a plan to manipulate and control the populace.
The nuanced document claims the moral high-ground and insists they have the “moral responsibility” to fight the right-wing.
In addition, the Indivisible Team, with ties to George Soros, is also geared to destroying Trump with its control over more than 500 organizations. They, along with Obama’s mega-organization, Organizing for America, assert tremendous power.
They have control of social media
People should be aware they are controlling the media and they have the raw data as they cite in their memo:
“Media Matters has already secured access to raw data from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. We have also put in place the technology necessary to automatically mine white nationalist message boards and alt-right communities for our archive.
We will now develop technologies and processes to systematically monitor and analyze this unfiltered data.”
With the raw data, they can control every facet of social media and, as a result, the minds of readers.
For example, on p. 43 of the plan, they wrote they were building an algorithm at the time of printing that is “specifically designed to amplify negative content for Trump and deliver positive content to bolster the resistance. Further, by pulling the most widely shared progressive content from the top 1,000 social media accounts, Shareblue’s algorithm will not only aggregate, but drive news and opinion.” [Shareblue is their left-wing answer to Breitbart].
Also, Media Matters has mapped the right-wing “fake news” sites, prioritized them, and has helped Google tailor their policies for advertising to shut these sites out.
They are behind the shutting down of the right on Facebook and Google by their own admission (p.12)
They have money, power and a devious plan.
