Look carefully at this chart. All agencies lead to the President through Sebellius.
For each agency, hundreds more will be formed, but what is most important in this scenario is that the Legislative Branch is in complete control of each citizen’s healthcare. There will be no judicial recourse. No one can sue. The Congress cannot review. It is a takeover and does nothing to reduce costs, but, rather, it increases costs and will drive us into a socialist single payer system.
