NYC leads the nation. All the “secularization” and “liberal morals” start with NYC and eventually, they will infiltrate your city too.
When a school system like NYC bans every day words in an effort to purify standardized tests, they might as well burn books next. The officials want the words removed because they say they are overused on tests, offend some adults, or they might evoke unpleasant emotions in children.
When you see the words, you will understand why it is absurd and biased left. Texts will be next.
We are apparently going the shelter everyone from reality starting in kindergarten until they become illiterate except in the area of sex education. The words they are banning are mundane and you have to remember this is the same school system that wants to teach raunchy sex starting in elementary school.
The NYC school system has requested the publishers of school tests ban words such as dinosaurs, divorce, birthdays, religion, Halloween, Christmas (weren’t surprised over that one I’m sure), television, dancing….but take a look at some of the sex ed curriculum below for comparison.
There is a left bias against – religion, revealing the truth about terrorism, mentioning weapons, alcohol, cigarettes but there is not such bias against pushing children towards an over-sexed, unprincipled and secularized society.
NYC should concentrate on teaching what they are supposed to be teaching like reading and math so these children can graduate and get jobs. Seventy-three thousand children did not graduate from high school in NYC - maybe it’s time for them to take a good hard look at the philosophy which is guiding this failure.

In-depth discussions of sports that require prior knowledge

Occult topics (i.e. fortune-telling)

Pornography

Religious holidays and festivals (including but not limited to Christmas, Yom Kippur, and Ramadan)

Eleven year olds can talk about intercourse, condoms, masturbation, French kissing, etc. Teens can delve into subjects like doggie-style, sado-masochistic sex play, fetishes, but they can’t take tests with the words religion, weapons, religious holidays, terrorism, cigarettes, computers in the home, etc. -
* High-school students go to stores and jot down condom brands, prices and features such as lubrication.
* Teens research a route from school to a clinic that provides birth control and STD tests, and write down its confidentiality policy.
* Kids ages 11 and 12 sort “risk cards” to rate the safety of various activities, including “intercourse using a condom and an oil-based lubricant,’’ mutual masturbation, French kissing, oral sex and anal sex.
* Teens are referred to resources such as Columbia University’s Web site Go Ask Alice, which explores topics like “doggie-style” and other positions, “sadomasochistic sex play,” phone sex, oral sex with braces, fetishes, porn stars, vibrators and bestiality.
