Senator Jeff Sessions has announced a crackdown on sanctuary cities and towns — the hellholes that allow illegal alien criminals to operate.

Sessions said the DOJ has a duty to enforce immigration laws. He noted that some states have passed policies to “frustrate” the enforcement of immigration laws.
Sessions is urging states and localities to comply. He referenced recent violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
“The American people are not happy with these results,” he said of sanctuary policies and illegal immigration of criminals.
“Such policies cannot continue, they make our nation less safe by putting dangerous criminals back on the street,” Sessions says.
This is what’s going to happen. The government will seek to “claw back” funds from areas that are not following federal law and those applying for DOJ grants will require states applying for them to be following immigration law.
