The Zimmerman case is over but not for the anti-white racists and anti-gun nuts. At the behest of the NAACP and the Martin family, who originally said they only wanted a trial, Eric Holder has turned the DOJ – again – into a politically-motivated social justice organization.

Eric Holder sees racism everywhere.

Despite the FBI having investigated George Zimmerman and despite them having found no evidence of racial bias as far back as 20 years ago, Holder has re-opened the case.

Holder doesn’t like the decision of the jurors so he will use the power of might of the DOJ to try and fabricate a case of racial bias against Zimmerman.  In the least, he will pave the way for a lucrative settlement for the Martin family and financial gain for the other stakeholders invested in the case.

Holder speaking before a Delta Sigma Theta sorority on Monday, said he shared the concerns of civil rights groups and that ‘justice must be done.’

Of course, as this celebration unfolds, we are also mindful of the pain felt by our nation surrounding the tragic, unnecessary shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida last year – and the state trial that reached its conclusion over the weekend. As parents, as engaged citizens, and as leaders who stand vigilant against violence in communities across the country, the Deltas are deeply, and rightly, concerned about this case. The Justice Department shares your concern – I share your concern – and, as we first acknowledged last spring, we have opened an investigation into the matter.

Independent of the legal determination that will be made, I believe that this tragedy provides yet another opportunity for our nation to speak honestly about the complicated and emotionally-charged issues that this case has raised. We must not – as we have too often in the past – let this opportunity pass. I hope that we will approach this necessarily difficult dialogue with the same dignity that those who have lost the most, Trayvon’s parents, have demonstrated throughout the last year – and especially over the past few days. They suffered a pain that no parent should have to endure – and one that I, as a father, cannot begin to conceive. Even as we embrace their example and hold them in our prayers, we must not forego this opportunity to better understand one another and to make better this nation we cherish.

Moreover, I want to assure you that the Department will continue to act in a manner that is consistent with the facts and the law. We are committed to standing with the people of Sanford, with the individuals and families affected by this incident, and with our state and local partners in order to alleviate tensions, address community concerns, and promote healing. We are determined to meet division and confusion with understanding and compassion – and also with truth. We are resolved, as you are, to combat violence involving or directed at young people, to prevent future tragedies and to deal with the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs and stereotypes that serve as the basis for these too common incidents. And we will never stop working to ensure that – in every case, in every circumstance, and in every community – justice must be done.

Holder does not have the evidence to file charges. He might be trying to simply mollify the mobs, which would in essence mean he is pursuing this as a political case and making the DOJ into a political ideological agency.

The Martin family can use any evidence the DOJ digs up for a civil trial which only requires a preponderance of the evidence to show guilt.

Is this what the USA is now? If we don’t like the results of a trial, we go trial shopping? The federal government has made it a federal crime to commit murder with racial bias and that is the only way the DOJ can file charges against Zimmerman.

The FBI investigated the Zimmerman case for racial bias at the same time Sanford police were investigating the February 26 shooting. They interviewed every witness and a total of three dozen people in a search for evidence that the shooting was the result of racial bias. They spoke with neighbors and co-workers, all of whom said they never saw any sign of racial hatred from Zimmerman.

The FBI found no evidence of racial bias in the Martin shooting. The lead detective, Chris Serino said he thought Zimmerman profiled Trayvon because of what he was wearing not because of his race. He saw Zimmerman as “having little hero complex, but not as a racist.”

Nothing in the trial indicates racial bias though prosecutors tried to paint the picture of a man – George Zimmerman – who was driven by hate for blacks based on foo-foo dust. Even after the verdict came down, the prosecutors went on national TV and said Zimmerman committed Second Degree Murder, knowing it would stir up racial division.

When the jurors took the first vote in the jury room, there were three not guilty, one second degree murder, and two manslaughter. They eventually came to the unanimous agreement that Zimmerman was not guilty. The sticking point was Zimmerman’s poor judgment in getting out of the car. No one in the jury room thought race was involved.

Juror B37 with Anderson Cooper:

Tom Perez, a LaRaza activist and an Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, had a conference call with civil rights groups Monday, including the NAACP, the ACLU, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law, and asked if they had anything or if they could find anything on George Zimmerman that they could use in their investigation, they should let the DOJ know.

The DOJ also plans to put up a website asking if anyone has anything on George Zimmerman that they can use.

This is a witch hunt and it’s vicious. As Mr. O’Mara, one of Zimmerman’s lawyers said, It was David against Goliath, but they won. Unfortunately, this Goliath got back up.

The media made this into a racial case from day one and they also made it into an anti-gun case to eliminate the Stand Your Ground law, though the Stand Your Ground law did NOT apply to this case.

The media invented a new category of person when they realized Zimmerman was Hispanic not white. They invented the white Hispanic. George Zimmerman considers himself Hispanic, but the media went ahead with publishing distorted information and portraying Zimmerman as a racist who profiled Trayvon Martin because he was black.

Ryan Julison, the Martin family PR person, is the one who pitched this to the media as a race case. Julison’s firm was the PR firm for the Pigford case and settlement.

Much of what we see from the Martin family does not reflect what is going on behind the scenes in their behalf and perhaps and perhaps Zimmerman does owe the family financial compensation. He is the only one who knows the answer to that.

We have an article on this site which explores the DOJ’s hand in setting up the protests against George Zimmerman which were led by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and others. The Martin family was fully engaged in this.

The Conservative Tree House goes into depth about the interconnections and extraordinary efforts that went into making this case a notorious race-based case. They explore the media involvement and blatant distortions to make this case into something it never was.

There is a lot of money involved and a lot of people are profiting from this case. There is also potential for seeking damages from government sources, not only George Zimmerman.

The attempt to compare Trayvon Martin to Emmet Till and Medgar Evers is a desecration of their memory. Trayvon might have been a great kid, but this is not a case of racism.

Al Sharpton, ever the race-baiting troublemaker, has called for protests in over 100 cities, demanding the DOJ take action against Zimmerman.

The NAACP has been involved with this case from the beginning, at the behest of the Martin family and before any of the facts were known. The Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump planned his strategy with Orlando attorney, Natalie Jackson, an NAACP board member whose mother, Francis Oliver, is an NAACP activist and historian.

Not particularly bright but definitely loud, Ben Jealous, President and CEO of the NAACP, said Monday that Trayvon Martin’s death was ‘nothing more than a modern day lynching. George Zimmerman became the judge, jury and executioner,’ according to The Orlando Sentinel.

MoveOn, a radical left group that helped lead Barack Obama to victory in two elections, sent this out hours ago:

We wanted to make sure you saw the email we sent after a jury found George Zimmerman not guilty. The petition has been signed by over 360,000 people already, and it’s getting lots of attention in the media. Please add your name and demand justice for Trayvon Martin.

Dear MoveOn member,

On Saturday, a jury acquitted George Zimmerman. But we are not done demanding justice for Trayvon Martin.

We’re calling on the U.S. Justice Department to open a civil rights case against George Zimmerman and have launched a petition to Attorney General Eric Holder. The petition says:

The Department of Justice has closely monitored the State of Florida’s prosecution of the case against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder since it began. Today, with the acquittal of George Zimmerman, it is time for the Department of Justice to act.

The most fundamental of civil rights—the right to life—was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin. We ask that the Department of Justice file civil rights charges against Mr. Zimmerman for this egregious violation.

Please address the travesties of the tragic death of Trayvon Martin by acting today.Thank you.

Click here to add your name to this petition, and then pass it along to your friends. [Link removed by editor]

Thanks!

Later today, a press conference will take place with the NAACP and we will get to hear their case. It is unlikely that they will come up with anything new. They are an organization that has outlived its usefulness, lives in the past, and is nothing more than a front for far-left liberals.

Gateway Pundit posted a link on Monday to a bizarre but interesting piece by a University of Pennsylvania Professor, one Anthea Butler. She believes she has developed into a much wiser person now that she knows:

“God ain’t good all of the time. In fact, sometimes, God is not for us. As a black woman in an nation that has taken too many pains to remind me that I am not a white man, and am not capable of taking care of my reproductive rights, or my voting rights, I know that this American god ain’t my god. As a matter of fact, I think he’s a white racist god with a problem. More importantly, he is carrying a gun and stalking young black men. When George Zimmerman told Sean Hannity that it was God’s will that he shot and killed Trayvon Martin, he was diving right into what most good conservative Christians in America think right now.”

She believes America’s god is a white racist.

If I believed that’s what good conservative Christians in America believed right now, I’d hate them too. In fact, Professor Butler has been fed a line of bull that she finally swallowed. There is no wisdom in her accrued knowledge.

She hung around with leftists and listened to and studied racist, leftist garbage to come to this realization she proudly writes about. She has become a hate monger without the truth in hand. She is living in the past in which many Americans were deplorable racists. Most of them were Democrats.

A true conservative and Christian is not allowed to be a racist and must fight any tendency towards it or frankly, they can’t call themselves either.

The people who are stalking young black men are other young black men in the ghettos. Ninety-two percent of the blacks murdered in this country are murdered by other blacks.

Professor Butler said at the end of her piece, “As a historian of American and African-American religion, I know that the Trayvon Martin moment is just one moment in a history of racism in America that, in large part, has its underpinnings in Christianity and its history.”

She couldn’t be more wrong. Just as true Muslims don’t believe in murdering infidels, so is it true that a Christian preaches love for all, not hate.

The racist movement in this country was fanned by the Democratic Party who led the KKK to commit despicable acts against blacks.

Unfortunately, Butler speaks for many blacks who have been taken in by the far-left and fed a whole lot of lies. The lies continue and a faux race war is underway, fired up by the likes of Al Sharpton who truly is a Christian minister who stands for hate.

There is no white racist god or black racist god. There is one God and if we truly believe in him, we love all our fellow men and women.

By the way, where is Univision, where is LaRaza, why aren’t they looking into the attacks on Hispanic George Zimmerman?

Racism is despicable no matter who it comes from.
