Clinton Email Investigation Is Criminal!

Sources told the NY Post that the FBI probe into Hillary Clinton’s emails is a criminal probe, which is what the NY Times originally said before they took it back at the Clinton campaign’s behest.

A federal unnamed source wasn’t sure why they’re not calling it a criminal probe when it definitely is.

The feds are exploring the extent to which Clinton relied on her private server and devices to send and store classified documents.

It’s not a civil investigation, the federal source emphasized. “In this case, a security violation would lead to criminal charges. Maybe DOJ is trying to protect her campaign.”

Last night, on The Hannity Show, Judge Napolitano said he believes she wanted to whitewash her time in State to protect her legacy and that’s why she went to the personal server.

He said that he had previously read some of Clinton’s emails, which were made available through a Freedom of Information Act request. He said they revealed the location of French fighter jets during the NATO bombardment of Libya, the size and location of no-fly zones and the location of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was murdered in the Benghazi terror attack.

“If she didn’t think that was classified, she has no business being in public office,” Judge Napolitano stated.

The Clinton campaign is painting it as a right-wing conspiracy.

Hillary is the gift for Republicans that keeps on giving.

Ed Henry said the FBI doesn’t just play around.

Back in March, Judge Andrew Napolitano said Hillary Clinton would be in trouble if there is an attorney general with the courage to prosecute her.

She’s in trouble because she diverted government records, admitted she put classified records in a non-classified venue, and admitted she destroyed subpoenaed records after going on record knowing she was under subpoena.

This should be put before a grand jury, he said.
