Illegal Alien Gangs for Obama
More than 36,000 criminal aliens were released back into the community last year according to a report by The Center for Immigration Studies, a report based on ICE figures. That’s on top of another 68,000 criminal aliens who were let go in lieu of processing them for immigration removal charges in that year.
In 2013, ICE reported 722,000 encounters with potentially deportable aliens, most of whom came to their attention after incarceration for a local arrest. Yet ICE officials followed through with immigration charges for only 195,000 of these aliens, only about one-fourth because of current Obama policies shielding them from arrest.
They are a protected class.
The releases were made using an interpretation of “prosecutorial discretion” that can only be described as abusive.
The criminals were released on their own recognizance and many will disappear into our vast country. All of this was done completely under the radar.
This is the common sense immigration reform our administration is trying to convince us makes sense.
Why don’t we start talking about the negative effect of illegal immigration on the safety, welfare and financial well-being of citizens and residents of the United States instead of the “rights” of people here illegally?
The Center revealed that the 36,007 convicted criminal aliens freed from ICE custody in many instances had multiple convictions. Among them, the 36,007 had nearly 88,000 convictions, including:
- 193 homicide convictions (including one willful killing of a public official with gun)
- 426 sexual assault convictions
- 303 kidnapping convictions
- 1,075 aggravated assault convictions
- 1,160 stolen vehicle convictions
- 9,187 dangerous drug convictions
- 16,070 drunk or drugged driving convictions
- 303 flight escape convictions
These are the figures for one year.
The Obama administration is currently reviewing the laws governing deportation to make it even more difficult to send illegal aliens, even criminal aliens, back to their country of origin.
The Obama administration is doing its best to deport no one.
The administration fudges the numbers of people they claim to have deported. They count people who have voluntarily left or who have been deported again-and-again – those are just two examples according to ICE and as reported by Sen. Jeff Sessions..
We are being lied to.
The following information is from the Center for Immigration Studies:
In 2013, ICE reported 722,000 encounters with potentially deportable aliens, most of whom came to their attention after incarceration for a local arrest. Yet ICE officials followed through with immigration charges for only 195,000 of these aliens, only about one-fourth.
According to ICE personnel, the vast majority of these releases occurred because of current policies that shield most illegal aliens from enforcement, not because the aliens turned out to have legal status or were qualified to stay in the United States.
Many of the aliens ignored by ICE were convicted criminals. In 2013, ICE agents released 68,000 or 35 percent of all criminal aliens they reported encountering. The criminal alien releases typically occur without formal notice to local law enforcement agencies and victims.
These findings raise further alarm over the Obama administration’s pending review of deportation practices, which reportedly may further expand the administration’s abuse of “prosecutorial discretion”.
Interior enforcement activity has already declined 40 percent since the imposition of “prosecutorial discretion” policies in 2011.
Rather than accelerating this decline, there is an urgent need to review and reverse the public safety and fiscal harm caused by the president’s policies.
The government has made people who come here illegally into a protected class who deserve entitlements and special treatment as if they were somehow mistreated as Black Americans were.
In fact, they have nothing in common with Black Americans and are simply law breakers who come here for the benefits, jumping the line ahead of people who are waiting to come here legally.
Listen to Laura Ingraham’s stunning interview on the issue:
The Sentinel already discussed the illegal alien gangs in 1200 cities. AG Holder has kept that from the public as much as possible.
AG Eric Holder said it is a civil right for illegals to come here and stay illegally. His views, which are identical to Barack Obama’s, reflect an extreme open borders perspective.
At a Tuesday meeting with law enforcement leaders, White House officials, and Jeh Johnson, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Obama said: “We’ve got maybe a window of two to three months to get the ball rolling in the House of Representatives” for amnesty.
God help us.
MS-13 members. MS-13 is an illegal alien gang whose members will soon be free from concerns about deportation.
