Conservatives Must Call for a Revolution

The Congress, the Supreme Court and the Executive are no longer three separate branches of government acting as checks and balances each for the other. They are all working together to build a government, not of, by and for the people, but a government of, by and for itself with the power resting predominantly in the hands of the presidency.

A leftist media, a weak Congress, and neutralized states have helped make this happen.

Our rule of law is being broken down. Liberal Jonathan Turley has said we are on the “tipping point” of a “Constitutional crisis”.

The government no longer listens to the people on issues, they do what they want to do and laws are made from the White House and the Supreme Court instead of Congress – the peoples’ House.

There is no party for Conservatives, there is the Republican Party, which is acting Democrat-lite and there is the Democrat Party which is moving towards Communism with a brief stopover at Socialism.

Republican leaders in the House are punishing those who disagree even though they are legitimately trying to represent their constituencies and stand up for the rule of law. With a bit of treachery in their hearts, Republicans rely on Democrats now to pass laws Conservatives don’t want.

“There is a culture of fear and retribution that is prevalent here on Capitol Hill. It encourages people to vote certain ways, it encourages people not to speak out,” Rep. Mark Meadows said in an interview with Roll Call.

Rep. Jim Jordan has said that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are getting what they want but Conservatives aren’t. Pelosi gets better treatment, he believes.

During her show last week, Laura Ingraham told Rep. Jordan what she thinks is going on in the audio below.

Republicans’ first impulse isn’t to fight, it’s to cave.

Take the Confederate flag controversy. The Republicans are accepting blame for its existence when it’s purely a Democrat creation. Why don’t they point that out and do so vociferously instead of acting like children caught with their hands in the cookie jar?

The Supreme Court is the latest to join the ranks of Big Government and unlimited government power over the people. It makes its own laws and has allowed the EPA, IRS, Department of the Interior, and others to make their own laws and even weaponize their agencies to target Americans.

There is a movement in this country towards multiculturalism and pluralism, and political correctness is replacing our free speech. Privacy rights are being decimated and our Second Amendment is only one Supreme Court vote away from extinction. Our vote is being compromised by movements to eliminate photo IDs.

The Supreme Court has made it clear that they are now working with the Congress and the Executive against the people. They are not protecting our rights, they are telling us what our rights are allowed to be. The idea of natural and inherent rights is being eroded. They have used popular ideas to decimate our rule of law.

Popular ideas act as cloud cover for a purposeful power grab as in the case of Obamacare. As Dwight Eisenhower said however, “A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both.”

The Second Amendment has come before the court and has only survived by one vote. It’s only a matter of time before they eliminate it.

It is not justice that we see playing out, it’s Marxist social justice that forces people to abide by laws not of their making but of those of unelected bureaucrats. Laws are being made that make inequitable demands favoring some over others and forcing the rest to abide by them.

We are confronted with a cultural revolution led by leftists who fomented a similar type of rebellion in the early and middle parts of the last century. They lost though they did make their mark.

They can lose again. There will always be manipulative, power hungry people who want to impose their will on others but each time the power of the lovers of liberty have overcome these movements.

We can’t sit idly by and let things happen to us.  We must intervene. As President Dwight D. Eisenhower said, “Neither a wise man nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him.”

Barack Obama has begun a cultural Marxist revolution in the United States born of his hatred of individualism and its influence in every area of our society. He is a voice for the collective.

The Urban dictionary has a good definition of cultural Marxism as the gradual process of destroying all traditions, languages, religions, individuality, government, family, law and order in order to re-assemble society in the future as a communist utopia. This utopia will have no notion of gender, traditions, morality, god or even family or the state.

It’s not that we have an organized conspiracy so much as groups of powerful people in government and in our institutions of learning and in media outlets who feel the same way and who use their power to overrule the dissenters. They are inculcating both the government and culture with their ideology. They are the minority but they are ruling the majority.

Leftists will tell you talk of a cultural Marxist revolution is a conspiracy theory spread by the whiners who are losing their privilege and they will say this even as it plays out before our eyes. They will tell you that Capitalism is destroying living standards as their policies destroy the middle class and they distort Capitalism into a crony corporatist-government machine.

It is why leftists take on the causes of those with whom they disagree – even those who incur an unholy alliance – it’s to use them in furtherance of their ideology.

Unaccountable, unelected bureaucrats are taking over without people understanding the severity of it. We can’t fight back if people don’t see the problem. We need a strong opposition, perhaps from within the Republican party, perhaps without them. We can’t let this go on much longer. We need a revolution to counter that of the collectivists.

We are living under tyranny.

  1. Be that as it may (We are living under tyranny) who then is your idea of a champion that will arise to the cause you propose?

    • Well, right now, leftists are interpreting it. We don’t have a Winston Churchill or a Ronald Reagan yet. Let’s hope one with courage rises soon.

  2. Believers are the “salt” of the earth (Mark 9:50) and as go the believers, so goes the client nation. If enough believers in a client nation are pursuing Bible doctrine(absolute truth) and advancing to the high ground of supergrace and ultrasupergrace, the nation and its freedoms will be preserved in spite of destructive foreign and domestic policies and decadent politicians.
