MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle falsely claimed Tuesday that DACA recipients cannot have a criminal record.

“Most dreamers come here when they’re six years old,” Ruhle stated. “They cannot have a criminal record. Kris Kobach can say all day long these kids are gangbangers but they’re not — 91 percent of them work.”

She’s inaccurate on all points.

DACA recipients can have a criminal record, just not one that includes the following: a felony, a significant misdemeanor, or three or more other misdemeanors.n Additionally, those who have a criminal record that includes a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanor may still qualify for DACA if they show “exceptional circumstances.”

This host has no clue how old these DACA are when they came over because there are no records and the foreigners can say anything.

It is also important to note that they are taking jobs from blacks, legal Hispanics and teens.

Among native-born black Americans with this level of education, only 58 percent are working. Rates of work are near historic lows for teenagers and for the less-educated generally. At the start of 2017, in total more than 33 million adult natives under age 65 without a college degree were not working. There is no shortage of less-educated workers in the United States.

The Zuckerberg Group said it would open up 700,000 jobs. The group said this thinking it was a negative. But these jobs could go to black Americans, legal Hispanics and teens.

It’s important to note that 51% of DACA live in low-income housing and 21% don’t graduate from high School.

Here’s one criminal DREAMer and another. There are so many like this.
