Dennis Rodman met with Kim Jong Un while he was in North Korea. As Un’s useful idiot, Rodman excelled.
He’s not done yet. Rodman is out in the media extolling Kim Jong Un’s virtues, the same Kim Jong Un who only last week said the United States would suffer “miserable destruction” as he tested his long range missile.
Rodman thinks the people in Kim’s country respect him. When Un’s father, Kim Jong Il, died anyone who didn’t cry realistically enough was sent to the gulag.
Our basketball ambassador, Dennis Rodman, said, “He wants Obama to do one thing: Call him,” Rodman said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.” “He said, ‘If you can, Dennis — I don’t want [to] do war. I don’t want to do war.’ He said that to me.”
Rodman refers to Kim Jong Un as a kid and seems impressed by the fact that the “kid” loves basketball – allegedly. He said Un is very humble.
Un is putting hundreds of thousands of people in prison camps just like we do here, according to Rodman, who added, “It’s all politics, right?”
Rodman sees himself as an historic figure.
I am not sure how George Stephanopoulos or any of his analysts could discuss this affair as if it had any merit. The media won’t cover Benghazi but they’ll cover Rodman praising a vicious dictator. They’re real newsmen, yeah, right.
