Did ABC News Falsify Comments Made by Mother of James Holmes?

A reporter for the  American Bolshevik Corporation, otherwise known as ABC News, called the mother of Colorado killer James Holmes at 5:45 AM in the aftermath of the shooting.

He claimed that the mother told him the following, “You have the right person,” she said, apparently speaking on gut instinct. “I need to call the police… I need to fly out to Colorado.”

The mother of the killer clarified this today through her attorney, Lisa Damiani –

To clarify a statement made by ABC media, I was awakened by a call from a reporter on ABC on July 20, about 5:45 in the morning. I did not know anything about a shooting in Aurora at that time. He asked if I was Arlene Holmes, and if my son was James Holmes, who lives in Aurora, Colorado. I answered, ‘yes, you have the right person.’ I was referring to myself. I asked him to tell me why he was calling, and he told me about a shooting in Aurora. He asked for a comment. I told him I could not comment because I did not know if the person he was talking about was my son, and I would need to find out.

ABC News is standing by their version of the story –

..(Matthew) Mosk (producer) said today that he awoke Arlene Holmes and informed her that a man, he believed was her son had been arrested in Aurora and asked to confirm their relationship.

“You have to tell me what happened… You have to tell me what happened,” the woman on the phone said, according to Mosk. Mosk said he told her that ABC News had learned the 24-year-old had been identified by police as the lone suspect in the mass killing in Aurora, Colo and that the details of the events were still taking shape.

“You have the right person,” was her response, he said. “I need to call the police. I need to fly to Colorado.”..

The mother called Mosk and asked if there was a recording of the conversation and of course there was none.

ABC News investigative (haha) reporter, Brian Ross, while appearing on Good Morning America with George Stephanopoulos, falsely reported that James Holmes was possibly a member of the Colorado Tea Party, a claim they had to apologize for once it was learned that the man they fingered was a 52 year old Hispanic.

In this case, you have a murderer’s mother and ABC News. One is a liar. My bets are not on ABC News. The mother’s explanation is more logical than Mosk’s.

This incident follows a series of false reporting by several media outlets.

NBC doctored a 911 call to make George Zimmerman, who is accused of murdering Trayvon Martin in the second degree, look like a bigot.

CNN joined in the trial by media and released a grainy photo that made it appear as if Zimmerman had no injuries to the back of his head, negating Zimmerman’s story that his head was repeatedly slammed on the pavement by Martin. CNN was later pushed into releasing an “enhanced” photo which showed the wounds.

The NY Times pushing the racial white-on-black crime angle, called Zimmerman a White Hispanic or a White man with Hispanic heritage. Zimmerman’s mother is Hispanic and he identified himself as an Hispanic Democrat on his voting registration.

The lamestream media is out-of-control and it’s hard to believe a word they say. View their reports with a jaundiced eye.
