The Miami Herald is reporting that Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice has SETTLED with a Miami pizza restaurant franchise for $140,000 because they demanded foreign-born legal resident workers show their green cards to prove they are eligible for employment.

Where is Jeff Sessions?

The DoJ said the problem is he only singled out non-citizens and that is discriminatory. Who else would he single out for green cards? If he had demanded documents from citizens, he would would have been okay.

“The Justice Department is committed to ensuring the rights of lawful U.S. workers to be free from discriminatory barriers based on their citizenship, immigration status, or national origin,” acting Assistant Attorney General Tom Wheeler of the civil rights division said in a statement. “Pizzerias’ responsiveness throughout the course of the investigation assisted in a speedy resolution of this matter.”

Apparently, a slew of these cases are being settled around the country.

This is the rogue civil rights division’s office of special counsel for immigration-related unfair employment practices.

These leftists are embedded throughout the DoJ.

It is unlawful for an employer to limit an employee’s choice of documentation because of their citizenship, immigration status or national origin.

Why does the DoJ need $140,000 of this pizza franchises’ money? It’s a mistake apparently.
