The Center for Medical Progress is the group that exposed Planned Parenthood’s very gruesome harvesting and sale of aborted baby body parts. They’ve released three shocking videos so far.

Nancy Pelosi called it a fake controversy and insisted The Center for Medical Progress be investigated.

The group has about 300 hours of taping conducted over a 30 months-long investigation and will release about twelve more hours of tapes over the ensuing weeks.

The state of California and the Department of Justice are investigating The Center for Medical Progress and they are not investigating Planned Parenthood though there are indications they broke at least two laws.

David Daleidon, a journalist and project lead for The Center for Medical Progress, addressed the legalities on Sean Hannity’s radio show Tuesday.

The charges, should the DOJ move ahead, would center around the taping they did in California. David Daleidon said they taped in full compliance with local laws. In California, there needs to be two-party consent for taping, however, the interviews were in restaurants where there is no expectation of privacy. In Colorado, only one party has to give consent.

He discusses that at the end of this audio.
