Remember all those lawsuits against states who attempted to follow immigration law? How about the rules, regulations and sue & settle suits to force through oppressive climate change measures? Let’s not forget the process of releasing violent drug dealers under the guise of criminal justice reform. We haven’t rid ourselves of any of this. The Obama administration and all the minions are rallying around a new approach. They plan to sue the government.
Beginning with California under the guidance of Governor Brown, will sue the Trump administration. California hired Eric Holder to challenge Trump on immigration, environment and criminal justice reform.
The socialists will not cede their ground easily.
President-elect Trump has promised to disband illegal sanctuary cities, a number of which are in California.
California gets federal monies monthly to keep afloat. They need to lose that funding.
California has hired Holder to sue and battle with the Trump administration for every effort he takes to destroy the socialist legacy of Barack Obama. Trump isn’t even in office for 16 days.

Bracing for an adversarial relationship with President-elect Donald Trump, the California Legislature has selected former U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. to serve as outside counsel to advise the state’s legal strategy against the incoming administration.
The unusual arrangement will give Holder, leading a team of attorneys from the firm Covington & Burling, a broad portfolio covering potential conflicts between California and the federal government.
“He will be our lead litigator, and he will have a legal team of expert lawyers on the issues of climate change, women and civil rights, the environment, immigration, voting rights — to name just a few,” Senate leader Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) said in an interview.
For some reason, the attorney general won’t be doing it so they are throwing money at their crony in the private sector, Eric Holder.
Obama will undoubtedly have his hand in this. The entire approach is his. He is a revolutionary who believes in an incremental and covert takeover.
These California socialists see Donald Trump as a threat to their very lives. Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon warned the public:

California Democrat Socialists aren’t even pretending they will give Trump a chance. They’ve hired a biased leftist to sue.
Trump needs to answer in kind and cut funding as soon as he gets into office. Those sanctuary cities are illegal. Maybe some of those officials need to be arrested for breaking the law. Wouldn’t it be interesting if we actually followed the law?
