With an ongoing Congressional investigation of Operation Fast & furious taking place, and with the initiation of a lawsuit by the family of murdered border patrol agent, Brian Terry, the transparent Obama-Holder administration has sealed all court records containing Fast & Furious.
Records included alarming details of Mexican drug smugglers murdering a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.
The public and the media will have no access to further information.
The disastrous operation involved the government allowing drug cartels to buy guns, which they were supposed to track, but never did. One of those guns killed border patrol agent, Brian Terry.
Federal law enforcement officers lost track of more than 1700 guns which have shown up in numerous criminal cases.
In Brian Terry’s case, five illegal immigrants armed with at least two semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and Terry was murdered.
Many believe the government’s real motivation was to further their goal of eliminating the Second Amendemnt.
