The FBI is expanding their investigation into Hillary Clinton or people around her AGAIN, this time for violations of the criminal code, according to an intelligence source who spoke to Fox News. Multiple “materially false” statements under U.S. Code 18, Section 1001 by Hillary might have violated the same code Martha Stewart violated.
The FBI has announced that they are independent and not influenced by politics.
They are also exploring potential violations of an Espionage Act provision relating to “gross negligence” in the handling of national defense information, according to Fox.
The section of the criminal code being explored is known as “statements or entries generally,” and can be applied when an individual makes misleading or false statements causing federal agents to expend additional resources and time. In this case, legal experts as well as a former FBI agent said, Section 1001 could apply if Clinton, her aides or attorney were not forthcoming with FBI agents about her emails, classification and whether only non-government records were destroyed.
The intelligence source who was not authorized to speak with Fox said, “the agents involved are under a lot of pressure and are busting a–”
The false statements do not need to be given under oath.
Is it possible the FBI is the one government agency that hasn’t been corrupted?
Technically, Hillary, if guilty, could be eligible for, but of course wouldn’t get, a twenty-five year sentence – five years max for U.S. Code 18, Section 1001 and twenty years max for violating the Espionage Act. The FBI doesn’t like it when you lie to government agents and they spent a lot of money and time to send Martha Stewart to prison for that same reason.
