When it comes to that wall Donald Trump said Mexico is going to pay for? At least one former Mexican president said its not going to happen.
Former President of Mexico Felipe Calderon called Donald Trump “completely crazy.” There is no way Mexico will pay for the “stupid” wall he told CNBC
“The first loser of such a policy would be the United States,” Calderon said. “If this guy pretends that closing the borders to anywhere either for trade [or] for people is going to provide prosperity to the United States, he is completely crazy.”
“Mexican people, we are not going to pay any single cent for such a stupid wall,” he declared in the Saturday interview, the outlet reports. “And it’s going to be completely useless.”
Hmmm…do we have to continue giving them foreign aid?
“No offense to America,” he said. “So Donald Trump … is ambitious but not exactly a very well-informed man, I don’t want to say ignorant, but he is not very well informed.”
From the looks of things in Mexico, they have some ignorant people running their country.
Calderone claims illegal immigration is down because the youth find opportunities in Mexico.
That could be, Border Patrol agents have testified that we are now getting some really bad people. We aren’t getting the landscapers and maids. We are getting drug cartels or people willing to be mules. That is the only way they are crossing the border.
Calderone aided and abetted Obama’s open door policy every step of the way while he was in office. He called Texas officials racists for wanting to shut down the border. He always sounded like a shark to me, as long as we are name calling.
In 2011, Mexican President Calderon, harshly criticized the United States for deporting illegal criminals instead of prosecuting them. According to the AP, Calderon accused the United States of dumping criminals at the border because it’s cheaper. He said it is causing more violence in Mexico. These were his nationals he was talking about!
Go back into retirement Felipe.
No tweets from Trump yet but this will probably raise his poll numbers.
