CBS local, Parker County Texas, reported the arrest of Israel Andrade, 35, a four-time deportee pictured below. He molested a 9-year old girl while she slept in her home.
The child’s mother called it in to 9-1-1 after her daughter escaped and ran to her. She had been asleep with siblings on a couch when a man speaking broken English awakened her by “groping her private areas.”
He asked her to follow him to the bedroom where he entered when she broke away screaming.
The mother had to call from a convenience store because their cell phones and computer were missing.
The police tracked him from footprints leading to the neighbor’s home that he visited the night before. They found Andrade a mile away sleeping in a relative’s home on one of the stolen cell phones. He was also in possession of two of the child’s panties.
He was arrested for burglary and indecency with a child by sexual contact — a first-degree felony.
Now we can pay for his care in prison – a person who never should have been allowed into the country.
He arrived in Texas from Mexico a month ago.
There are thousands more of theses cases each month.
Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler expressed his frustration with the current state of the Texas-Mexico border.
“Our border Sheriffs and the Texas Department of Public Safety are doing a phenomenal job with the current laws and available resources,” Fowler said. “Yet, our Federal Government needs to step forward and aid us in enforcing the laws on our southern border. This type of injustice cannot be allowed to pass by for a sixth time.”
He continued, “How long will we have to tolerate this type of injustice? It is time for American citizens to make a stand and begin petitioning for tighter security at our borders in order to protect our citizens.”
