George Zimmerman, once labeled the ‘White Hispanic’ by the New York Times and other media outlets though he identifies as Hispanic, is the nightwatchman who killed 17-year old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida in what he said was self-defense. He was acquitted in 2013.

In an interview published Tuesday night, he told The Daily Beast that the parents of Trayvon did a poor job raising their son and “did everything they could” to “capitalize” off his death.

“They didn’t raise their son right,” Zimmerman told the website.

Zimmerman still does not express regret for his actions.

“He attacked a complete stranger and attempted to kill him,” he said.

Speaking of Martin’s parents, Zimmerman added, “Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin did everything they could to capitalize on her son’s death. She was never a mother figure to him. Tracy Martin couldn’t have cared less about their son. He treated him like a dog without a leash.”

Recently, Zimmerman tried to auction the gun he used to kill Trayvon but it had to be pulled after hoax bidders flooding the website. He has since put it on another website and it is allegedly sold for $139,000.

This is an update: Zimmerman did get over $138,000 for the gun it is believed though he hasn’t identified the bid. If he’s innocent and Trayvon attacked him as he said, perhaps that’s okay. His life has been threatened and his reputation ruined though he greatly contributed to that with his bizarre antics.

“It is what was used to save my life from a near-death brutal attack by Trayvon Martin,” Zimmerman told The Daily Beast of the firearm. “If it was a stick or mace, it’s the one tool I had that prevented Trayvon from killing me.”

He said he auctioned it to move on with his life, campaign against Hillary and the Black Lives Matter hate group.

  1. My only comment is why does the media, even today, show Trayvon as a little innocent kid of about 10 yrs old, not as the way he actually looked on that day. I’m sure if after he sucker-punched Zimmerman to the ground, he left without doing anything else, he would be alive today.

    • Yes, it’s true. Actually, Zimmerman might be right about these comments but if I were him I wouldn’t be looking for this publicity.
