People who think Bernie couldn’t win a national presidential election should rethink that. The GOP is split and Hillary is in trouble. Many in the media are rooting for him as the tide is turns against Hillary.
According to a new Quinnipiac University national poll released today, Hillary and Bernie are incredibly close, according to abc news. Clinton received 44 percent of support while Sanders can boast about 42 percent, his highest support in any national poll to date.
The former secretary of state’s 31 point lead over the Vermont senator in December has fallen to only 2 points.
In head-to-head matchups, the Vermont senator leads GOP front-runner Donald Trump by 10 points, edges Ted Cruz by 4 points and ties Marco Rubio.
While Clinton still tops Trump by 5 points, she ties Cruz and trails Rubio by 7 points.
The poll also finds that Clinton has a net favorability rating of negative 17, only besting Trump in that category, who has a negative-25 favorability rating.
Sanders has a 9-point favorability rating nationwide, only trailing Rubio, at 14 points.
Even if Bernie loses, he wins. He has made socialism and communism mainstream in the United States and that is something we should all find terrifying.
American youth don’t even believe Bernie is a socialist, much less a communist, and they only hear his condemnation of corruption and income inequality. They haven’t been taught about the sins of socialism and communism. If you watch the man on the street interviews, you also know that many Americans of all ages have been dumbed down.
Bernie is a communist but he turned socialist in name only to get elected years ago.
Frontpage magazine found a remarkable piece on Bernie to add to his vast history of communist leanings while pretending to be a socialist.
In 1963, Sanders had told Yossi Melman that he had been at Kibbutz Sha’ar Ha’amakim as a guest of the Hashomer Hatzair youth movement. He spent months at the camp.
Its founder, Ya’akov Hazan, described the USSR as a second homeland and eulogized Stalin, writing how shocked he and his comrades were, “to hear of the terrible tragedy that has befallen the nations of the Soviet Union, the world proletariat and all of progressive mankind, upon the death of the great leader and extolled commander, Josef Vissarionovich Stalin. We lower our flag in grief in memory of the great revolutionary fighter, architect of socialist construction, and leader of the world’s peace movement. His huge historical achievements will guide generations in their march towards the reign of socialism and communism the world over.”
Al Hamishmar, the movement’s paper, had a headline which read, “The Progressive World Mourns the Death of J.V. Stalin”
It wasn’t a pro-Israel group, it was a pro-communist group and another graduate of this same camp was crazy old Noam Chomsky, another red diaper baby.
Hillary isn’t that far removed from the hard left because she will always move in that direction, has always been on that side, and believes in moving the ideology in slowly as opposed to Bernie who wants a revolution.
The term revolution, by its very nature, requires an overturning and a violation of the rights of those not in agreement with the revolution.
Hillary faces myriad problems even beyond the legal ones and her uncontrollable inclination for pathological lying.
She might be losing blacks. Bernie is pursuing their vote and she has lost them before.
Former NAACP head Ben Jealous is going to endorse Bernie. It’s not a surprise because the hard left has wooed and won over the blacks who they have done nothing for in the past sixty years.
Hillary needs the black vote and this could be a problem for her. She’s already reached an unsustainable loss of the youth vote with 84% of them going for Bernie because of their bad education at the hands of leftist professors and their leftist college material.
This is a warning sign.
