Greg Jarrett’s research shows Trump Was “framed…for crimes he didn’t commit.”

Martha McCallum, hosting her Fox News show, introduced Fox legal analyst Greg Jarrett, author of the new book, The Russia Hoax. She began by pointing out that both campaigns in 2016 wanted dirt on the other and were willing to get it from some sources in Russia. Clinton used sources in Russia who gave information to Christopher Steele [a former British spy] and there is a judge now who wants to know how it works on the Clinton side of the equation.

On the Trump side, you have the Trump Tower meeting. Michael Cohen says Trump knew about the Trump Tower meeting before.

“Let’s start with the Fusion GPS side of this, Martha said. “They have been tight-lipped about who the sources were for the dossier. And the judge is trying to get them, have them deposed on it. What are we going to learn there?”

USE OF THE DOSSIER COULD BE A CRIME

Greg Jarrett says the use of the dossier could be a civil violation or money laundering.

“The head of Fusion GPS testified he hired Christopher Steele to get dirt on Trump. The dossier with the product. 17 memos. I read them all and I laugh every time. It’s absurd, fabricated, anonymous, quadruple hearsay. The use of the dossier, paid for by the Clinton campaign and not properly accounted for. It could be at a minimum, a civil violation of the federal campaign election act. At worst, it could be money laundering.”

The dossier was used to frame President Trump

The President, Jarrett argues, was “framed…for things he didn’t do, for crimes he didn’t commit.”

“…I mean this dossier was the basis for the investigation of Donald Trump. On the day that Comey cleared Hillary Clinton, secretly his F.B.I. was in a building in London, meeting for the first time with the author of the dossier Christopher Steele. Armed with the totally phony, fabricated document, they launched the investigation. As I argue in my book, to frame Donald Trump for things he didn’t do, for crimes he didn’t commit. Collusion is not even a crime in a political campaign. It’s nowhere in the criminal code.”

NO CRIME AT TRUMP TOWER

About the Trump Tower meeting, Jarrett said lying to the media is not a crime or “every politician in Washington would be behind bars.”

“It doesn’t matter. So what? Let’s just assume that the president is lying and he knew about it. It’s not a crime to lie to the media. If it were otherwise, every politician in Washington would be behind bars. The media itself. I devoted a chapter to this. It’s not a crime to meet with a Russian. There is no criminal code violation. It’s not a violation of the federal campaign election act which specifically says the foreign nationals may participate in American campaigns. They can attend meetings…can open their mouths. They can provide information.”

No one at the Trump Tower meeting talked about Hillary Clinton, it was merely a pretext to talk about the Magnitsky Act. There was no crime, Jarrett says.

“…The Russians could actually publish in the Communist Party newspaper a story about Hillary Clinton and the corruption replete with documents,” Jarrett said. “And any American campaign would be allowed legally to use that. It would be a vital American interest. It’s protected by the first Amendment. It’s not a crime.”

IT’S HILLARY’S SIDE THAT MIGHT HAVE BROKEN THE LAW

Greg Jarrett concluded that Hillary’s campaign might have broken the law in the case of the dossier.

“On the Clinton side it could be a crime. Depending how the money was handled. And whether it was accounted for. There was no money exchanged on the Trump side. So why isn’t there an investigation of Hillary Clinton and her campaign and the Democrats for hiring a foreign national and paying money?”

Great article that reflects reality about framing not only then candidate Trump but continued into the presidency to this day!

What the deep state led by Brennan and Hussein, the FBI and DOJ together with a number of deep state agents abroad did remains treason.

Then there are the thousands of ‘lost’ text messages among these same plotters and those abroad that are not really lost because Admiral Mike Rogers captured and stored in a mislabeled file for safekeeping.
In these texts they discussed the ultimate action if all else failed to stop his election: assassination that also included family members and/or grandkids.

We have seen that before when they assassinated JFK who also planned to destroy the deep state. Our military command still has a bone to pick since one of their own – a Navy commander – fell victim to this same deep state.
You can only imagine the intensity seeing this replay again ergo military generals are guarding president Trump to assure that he stays alive and taking down the deep state.

This is not about D’s and R’s – this is about good and evil. Enough is enough.

This is totally one-sided, an obvious attempt to disavow the legitimacy of Trump’s policies while serving as the lawful President of the USA.
