President Obama spoke with members of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative at the White House and expressed joy at his great success in making people love us again. His delusions know no bounds.
“People don’t remember, but when I came into office, the United States in world opinion ranked below China and just barley above Russia, and today once again, the United States is the most respected country on earth, and part of that I think is because of the work we did to reengage the world and say that we want to work with you as partners with mutual interests and mutual respect. It was on that basis we were able to end two wars while still focusing on the very real threat of terrorism and to try to work with our partners in Iraq and Afghanistan. It’s the reason why we are moving in the direction of normalize relations with Cuba. The nuclear deal that we are trying to negotiate with Iran.”
Who loves us now? Russia? China? I know Saudi Arabia. I’m sure Cuba and Iran really really like us. To say nothing of the fact that the nuclear deal is a fake, a sham, it’s not a deal at all. It’s merely giving Iran the okay to build their bomb as long as they do it slowly.
President Obama thinks he’s great and he thinks he’s done an outstanding job, but he doesn’t think much of the rest of us.
He gave a speech today when he posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor to two World War I heroes, one Jewish, Sgt. William Shemin, and one African-American, Pvt. Henry Johnson. With his usual grace (sarcasm), Mr. Obama used the opportunity to insult Americans.
“It has taken a long time for Henry Johnson and William Shemin to receive the recognition they deserve,” the president said, adding that the administration is working to ensure that minority war heroes who have been previously overlooked are properly honored.
“It’s never too late to say thank you,” the president said.
I’ve included that clip with a few others to commemorate our divider-in-chief.
