The hacker group Anonymous has had their Twitter account suspended, probably for their posts releasing personal information of St. Louis police. Before that happened, they posted a call for a National Day of Rage today, August 14th, in cities and towns in the country.
They took it seriously in Times Square and shut it down after marching down Broadway.
The group chanted ‘Hands Up, Don’t Shoot’ in their march toward midtown that tied up traffic in the hours after the evening rush.
Groups across the U.S. showed solidarity with similar rallies.
