Harvey Weinstein, the man Gawker calls a bloodthirsty bully, is a statist who hopes to abolish the Second Amendment. He said he is putting together a new film that will make “the NRA (National Rifle Association) wish they weren’t alive.” He said it will put an end to the NRA.

His star will be another Hollywood statist, Meryl Streep.

“I’m going to make a movie with Meryl Streep, and we’re going to take this head-on. And they’re going to wish they weren’t alive after I’m done with them,” Weinstein told Howard Stern on his radio show.

He declared that “we don’t need guns in this country,” and he hopes the film will convince people to never again buy gun stocks. “I don’t think we need guns in this country and I hate it, and I think that the NRA is a disaster area.”

Weinstein has produced all of Quentin Tarantino’s violent movies and some violent horror flicks.

A scene from Harvey Weinstein, hypocrite

Radio show host, Mike Slater, appearing with Martha McCallum on Fox News, said Weinstein and his ilk are hypocrites. “You mentioned ‘Kill Bill: Volume 3.’ He also has a new movie coming out called ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.’ Harvey and his friends have built their careers on making incredibly violent movies and they have contributed to this desensitizing to violence in America. Whether it’s gun violence or knockout game violence and everything in between,” said Slater.

We need to strengthen gun rights, increase gun safety education, and address the actual causes of gun violence not eliminate the Second Amendment. A violent person with a gun is only stopped by another person with a gun.

Legitimate gun owners are the ones these statists are attacking. The NRA only represents legitimate gun ownership.
