Honor Student Sent to Jail for Missing Classes Will Have Her Record Expunged

Diane Tran, the Texas honor student who was sent to jail for missing classes due to exhaustion from working two jobs, will now have her police record expunged. Ms. Tran also supports her two siblings because the parents divorced and moved away.

Judge Moriarity, responding to a public outcry from around the world, dismissed two contempt charges against the honor student. Once she fills out the paperwork, her record will be expunged. (Fox Nation). People can accomplish the impossible when they work together.
