Hillary Clinton has been losing support with women, even Democratic women, so she has begun to step up her pro-woman platform. She is now the Hillary who hasn’t abused women and who hasn’t covered for her philandering, possibly rapist husband. Stick with this story to the end if you are unaware of her history with women sexually abused by her husband.
In one of the worst cases of hypocrisy on the campaign trail by anyone, she promised to tackle campus sexual assault during a speech at the University of Northern Iowa on Monday.
“Rape is a crime wherever it happens,” Clinton said, addressing the issue for the first time since launching her 2016 campaign. “Schools have an obligation — a legal obligation and a moral obligation — to protect every student’s right to get an education free from discrimination, free from fear.”
“It’s not enough to condemn campus sexual assault,” Clinton said Monday. “We need to end campus sexual assault,” she said as if no assaults ever is even remotely possible.
She wants to more comprehensive on-campus resources for survivors, fairer investigative and disciplinary processes for both accusers and the accused, and increased preventive education such as the Campus Accountability and Safety Act (CASA).
The presidential hopeful tweeted this: “Hillary to every survivor of sexual assault: You have the right to be heard and believed. We’re with you.”
That will be great news for all of Bill’s victims and the women she personally attacked for revealing his dalliances.
As an aside, there is nothing like government to cure problems in campus life. If someone is raped, they need to report it to the police. We don’t need a federal government investigation and enforcement program, and we definitely don’t need it from the most anti-woman candidate we’ve had in recent times.
As a young lawyer, Hillary thought it quite funny that she defended a man she believed to be guilty of the rape of a 12 year old. She defended him by impugning the character of the 12-year old girl. It’s on tape, which you can listen to on this link. It was uncovered by a Washington Free Beacon researcher.
As wife to Bill Clinton, she defended him against accusations of rape and during his many womanizing and abuses of women. She did more than defend, she beat the women into the ground.
Capitol Hill Blues‘ Doug Thompson wrote about Bill Clinton and his sexual assaults/liaisons. The Sydney Morning Herald has a summary of the most likely affairs, making reference to Thompson’s research.
One concerned Eileen Wellstone who was a 19-year-old student when she met Clinton in a pub. She filed a rape complaint against him in 1969 while he was at Oxford. She reconfirmed the incident to reporters in 1999. Clinton admitted to having sex with the girl, but claimed it was consensual. The victim’s family declined to pursue the case.
According to Thompson’s research that was the reason Clinton did not finish his studies at Oxford; he was asked to not return because of the incident. Thompson claims to have verified the information with a State Department employee who had known the circumstances in the case.
Elizabeth Ward Gracen, a former Miss America and actress, admitted she had sex with Clinton in 1982, when he was Governor of Arkansas. After she admitted the one-night stand with Clinton, she said she was hounded by the IRS. More at the NY Post.
Juanita Broaddrick has spoken about her encounter with both Clintons:
Kathleen Willey told CBS’s 60 Minutes she was groped by President Clinton in the White House on November 29, 1993. She claimed sexual assault, intimidations, and threats by Clinton.
Cristy Zercher, a stewardess, said she was the recipient of unwelcomed sexual advances. More at the Red Nation Rising. It had also been published in the New York Daily News. She said the then-future President also barraged the flight attendants with rude gestures and crude sexual jokes about barnyard animals.
Paula Jones (AR) suffered through unwelcomed sexual advances and exposure which bordered on sexual assault. Clinton settled with Paula Jones for $850,000. She was later audited by the IRS.
Carolyn Moffet, after meeting Clinton in 1979, said he exposed himself to her in a hotel room and asked for oral sex.
Of course, Monica Lewinsky is the most famous. Hillary called her a “narcissistic loony toon.”
Hillary’s friends portrayed her as “a strong, ambitious and ruthless Democratic operative.” There was no question he was guilty of pursuing this very young woman while he was president. He was impeached for lying to Congress for lying about the affair to federal investigators.
Monica Lewinsky went through a full-fledged character assault after her admissions which Clinton denied repeatedly.
Linda Tripp, who was a friend of Monica Lewinsky’s, was fired from her job at the Pentagon after she released tapes that led to Clinton’s impeachment. [WaPo]
Gennifer Flowers went through an intense character assassination after she admitted a 12 year affair with Clinton. In January 1992, Bill and Hillary Clinton appeared on CBS’s ’60 Minutes’ so he could lie and deny he had any affair with Gennifer Flowers. He did finally admit he had sexual relations with Flowers, saying it occurred just one time in 1977.
Sally Perdue said she had an affair with Clinton. In SPOTLIGHT, February 7,1994, she said: “I still have this picture of him, wearing my black nightgown, playing the sax badly, this guy, tiptoeing across the park and getting caught on the fence.”
In Ann Coulter’s book, High Crimes and Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton, Purdue said she received “a series of threatening visits, phone calls and letters.” Purdue claimed that a man visited her who said, “If I was a good little girl, and didn’t kill the messenger, I’d be set for life: a federal job…I’d never have to worry again. But if I didn’t take the offer, then they knew that I went jogging by myself and he couldn’t guarantee what would happen to my pretty little legs.”
Only the London Sunday Telegraph reported Ms. Perdue’s story and the physical threats made against her by Clinton associates.
There are others, Betty Dalton, Denise Reeder, et al.
Hillary said yesterday that she would love to see Bill as a running mate if it were possible. She even cried over it all.
