Two grants totaling nearly $1.5 million dollars and funded by the Stimulus were given to the University of California San Francisco. Some of the money – $1.2 million – went to studies into the erectile dysfunction of overweight middle aged men.

When asked how many jobs it created, Jeff Sheahy who is responsible for the study didn’t know but said, “There were eleven researchers hired on the job, two consultants.”

According to Recovery.gov, it created .85 jobs giving lie to Sheehy’s response.
