It’s UnAmerican to Criticize a Muslim Named to the Intelligence Committee

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said anyone who criticizes the appointment of Democratic Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN), pictured above, to the House Intelligence Committee because he is a Muslim is “un-American.”

“I am deeply disturbed that since his appointment to the committee, Congressman Carson has been subject to vicious, anti-Muslim attacks online and in social media, questioning his loyalty to our country solely because of his faith.”

“These un-American and unfounded smears have no place in our national discourse and are contemptible,” he added.

It’s not because he’s a Muslim. Schiff is incorrect. It’s his background that is the problem.

This is how these leftists operate. They make you seem like an extremist or a racist if you criticize their obviously bad appointments.

Carson is the first Muslim to sit on the panel and he will be privy to the nation’s most highly classified secrets.

Rep. André Carson, an Indiana Democrat, attended and was scheduled to speak at a terrorist-tied conference, hates the Tea Party, loves Madrassas, and is a member of far-left congressional groups.

Carson is a radical.

Carson was the keynote speaker at the Muslim American Society (MAS) – Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) annual convention held recently in Chicago. The panel included Mazen Mokhtar, who, as federal agents have testified in federal court, helped run an Al-Qaeda website that raised money for the Taliban.

The organizations represented at the conference are tied to the Muslim Brotherhood and their Palestinian wing – Hamas. It was an All-Star lineup of Brotherhood members.

In his press announcement and tweets, he left out the fact that the terrorist-tied MAS was part of the convention.

According to News 360, prior to his scheduled appearance on this panel for Saturday evening, Congressman Carson did make an appearance as scheduled as the keynote speaker for the 13th Annual MAS-ICNA Convention Appreciation Dinner—after which he seems to have disappeared, with no comment from the Convention organizers about the empty seat at the Ferguson panel.

The panel he was supposed to sit on was titled, “Ferguson Is Our Issue: We Can’t Breathe.”  Ferguson is funded by leftists, most notably George Soros.

His name was removed from the schedule when Patrick Poole of PJ Media broke the story.

Carson said he never agreed to speak on the panel and it was falsely advertised that he would. He has been a police officer and already has a high level of clearance. He has fought terrorism, he said.

If he did speak on Ferguson, he might have said this:

There is no question he was at the conference:

speaker Carson

He is also active CAIR. CAIR is a terrorist-tied organization operating freely on U.S. soil.

Islam analyst Daniel Pipes, director of the Middle East Forum, wrote that Carson represents the ‘Islamists’ choice for the House of Representatives.’

“Pipes described Islamists as Muslims ‘who seek to replace the Constitution with the Quran and apply Islamic law in its entirety and severity.’”

Acting out of a warped understanding of who the 9-11 victims were, he tweeted, “9-11 Was Tough On Muslims,’ Islam In America Is ‘Under Attack, But Must Not Retreat.”

In 2010, Carson signed a letter addressed to President Barack Obama, calling for him to use diplomatic pressure to lift the Gaza blockade. He has also said (in 2009) that he supported Israel but not because he supported Israel.

In 2011, Carson told the Congressional Black Caucus that “some of them in Congress right now of this tea party movement would love to see you and me hanging on a tree” and accused tea party members of creating “the effort that we’re seeing of Jim Crow.”

In 2012, he said, “America will never tap into educational innovation and ingenuity without looking at the model that we have in our madrassas, in our schools, where innovation is encouraged, where the foundation is the Quran.”

Madrassas are Islamic religious schools and some are radicalized.

He has deep ties to the Socialists and Progressives as well as the Brotherhood.

I scanned Twitter and saw comments similar to mine but nothing attacking him because he was Muslim. Rep. Schiff is one of the PC liberals who thinks it’s unAmerican to criticize a Muslim – they’re immune from criticism. These liberals appointed him so they could say they appointed a Muslim and it also helps to solidify that base.

He’s far-left like his mentor Nancy Pelosi. He’s a dream appointment for them.

Carson won’t be the first Brotherhood member with access to top secret information. Mr. Obama and the Democrats favor them.
