Janet Napolitano Has Gone from Man-Made Disaster to America’s Not the Land of Opportunity

Janet Napolitano, who was once considered a candidate for Supreme Court Justice, has gone from ushering in an open borders policy as head of the Department of Homeland Security to shutting down free speech at the University of California.

Janet Napolitano spent her time at the Department of Homeland Security inviting illegal aliens into the country even though it’s not appreciated by every illegal alien at the University of California.

In May at UC’s National Summit of Undocumented Students where she was more than inviting to them, a number of illegal youths, many alleged DREAMers, shouted her down.

The picture below shows the illegal aliens making the Marxist fist. These are some of the unappreciative people coming in or being brought in.

The illegal aliens, which included self-described DREAMers, complained that she presided over 1.5 million deportations. Many of those deportations were simply people caught at the border and sent back.

Napolitano was instrumental in beginning the program that stopped all deportations so that we now have open borders.

If she stopped 1.5 million in her short reign, it’s hard to believe there are only 11.5 million illegals here when we know that we have 25% of Mexico’s population and a high percentage of Central Americans as well as people from all over the world, including terrorist hot spots.

As DHS chief, Janet Napolitano released thousands of criminal illegals from prison and threw them onto US streets allegedly because of sequester. When questioned at the time, she said, “several hundred are related to sequester, but it wasn’t thousands,” and the “story developed its own mythology.” She lied or didn’t know what was going on, either is possible, because the truth is that thousands were released and continue to be released each year. Eventually the Obama administration admitted it was indeed thousands.

Napolitano bragged that the border was “more secure now than it’s ever been” because of our “amazing” technology while everyone knew that the border was not secure. The wilderness area alone was and is completely unattended – border agents are not allowed to enter because environmentalists fear they will upset the environment. Unsurprisingly, the drug cartels don’t care about the animals and have taken over a large swath of the U.S. wilderness along the border.

She did admit that terrorists do come in across our southwest border “from time-to-time.”

Janet also said that securing the Canadian border was as important as securing our border with Mexico. I know what she means. All those illegal aliens streaming across from Canada are really concerning! All those interlopers coming in through Montana need to be stopped immediately!

With the same mindset, she is rolling out the welcome mat at the University of California and it is costing taxpayers money.

She recently started meeting with undocumented students and announced $5 million to provide more resources to meet their needs. And she formed an advisory committee and created an Undocumented Student Legal Services Center in aid to students and their families on campuses that don’t have law schools.

Last year, Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law a loan program in which undocumented students in the UC and California State University systems can borrow directly from the schools, since they’re not allowed to take federal loans.

In addition to welcoming illegal aliens, she is shutting down free speech with her anti-microaggressions policies. It’s political correctness to an extreme.

Here are some but you can click the link below to read them all.

You can make an American who doesn’t look typical feel like “an alien in one’s own land” by asking, “What are you? You’re so interesting looking!”

Don’t assign intelligence to a person of color or a woman based on his/her race/gender by saying, “Wow! How did you become so good in math?”

Especially don’t say it to an Asian person.

Never say “America is a melting pot” or that you are “color blind” because that means you are denying a person’s significance racially. [For people like Napolitano, a true blue leftist, it’s not about becoming American, it’s about keeping one’s ethnicity and not blending in.]

Never ask a person of color if they’re lost because it insinuates they’re going to steal something. [It occurred to me that someone who thinks that is the actual racist.]

Never say you have black friends. It means you are saying you can’t be a racist because you have black friends [even though it does probably mean that].

Never say, “America is the land of opportunity” even though it is and don’t say that you believe “the most qualified should get the job” even though they should. The reason is because, in the leftist mind, you are insinuating minorities get unfair advantages, the playing field is level, and people of color are lazy.

Only the most paranoid could glean that from those two statements.

If you ask an Asian or minorities why they are loud or quiet, you are telling them to submit to the dominant culture.

If you mistake a person of color for a worker, you are telling them they are servants to whites.

If you overuse the pronoun “he”, you are denying LGBTs and women.

If you tell a woman she doesn’t have to be good at math or look at their ring finger when they’re in their thirties, you are making assumptions and insinuating the woman is deficient.

Napolitano started off her tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security by claiming the 9/11 terrorists all came in from Canada. Big oops! They all came in from overseas. Canadians were thrilled with her comment [I’m kidding, they weren’t happy].

When the Christmas Day bomber failed to set off his underwear bomb to blow up a plane filled with passengers, Janet Napolitano tried to take credit for the foiled attempt. In fact, the passengers subdued the bomber – Abdulmutallab – after they noticed that he smelled badly, was making popping noises and finally went aflame. Janet said famously, “The system worked?! What system?!? Huh? What kind of system is this?

She also tried to suggest that Amsterdam didn’t screen him properly – that went over well with the Dutch!

Always politically correct, Napolitano referred to terrorism as a “man-caused disaster” because she wanted to move away from the politics of fear. No need to be afraid of terrorism any longer, Janet’s got it under control and the system works!

Remember Janet’s communications chief Sean Smith? He once threatened to “f—ing decapitate” the staff at the immigration office press shop. I guess PC doesn’t extend to the press shop!

No one can forget the video she produced entitled “RUN HIDE FIGHT.” It is an idiotic infomercial on what to do in an active shooter situation. As you can tell from the title, you run, hide and, if you have to, you fend off the man with the machine gun using a pair of scissors. Don’t worry, the system works!

Hoping sequester would case serious airport delays, she jumped the gun and said, “lines at some airports are already “150 to 200 percent as long as we would normally expect,.”

“We are already seeing the effects of the ports of entry, the big airports for example. Some of them had very long lines this weekend,” she said. “Look people, I don’t mean to scare, I mean to inform. If you’re traveling, get to the airport earlier than you otherwise would. There’s only so much we can do with personnel and please don’t yell at the customs officers, the TSA officers. They aren’t responsible for sequester.”

The spokesperson for LAX said they were experiencing no delays at all. The same was said at O’Hare, Atlanta, and elsewhere. The TSA said the same. Another big oops!

Janet continually downplayed possible terrorist attacks such as the one at the Army Recruiting Station in Times Square or the Ft. Hood massacre, which was classified as workplace violence.

Her Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties checklist for law enforcement was obtained by the Daily caller. Entitled, “Countering Violent Extremism Dos and Don’ts,” it informs local and national law enforcement officials that it is Obama administration policy to consider specifically Islamic criticism of the American system of government legitimate. Legitmate!?!?

No problem! The system works!

She didn’t have the same consideration for the tea party however. All those gatorade drinking, lawn chair carrying seniors running around with flags and copies of the constitution were of such concern that she classified them as “domestic terrorists” in 2009.

Her department’s manual titled, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” warned of tea party people and military veterans. That went over well with half the country!

The UK Daily Mail wrote that she promoted women with whom she had a ‘long relationship’ while her female staff tormented male colleagues with ‘sexually charged games.’ Sounds like fun if you’re not a male.

When Napolitano bragged about weapons seizures along the border she didn’t know if any were weapons lost during the botched Fast & Furious operation. She told Rep. Jason Chaffetz that she didn’t know anything but that certainly isn’t unusual in this administration!

In the immediate aftermath of the Boston bombing, she said ‘events in Boston were not part of a broader plot.’ That was something she could not possibly have known the day after the bombing.

You see!!! America is the land of opportunity where absolutely anyone and I do mean anyone can get ahead.
