Kathleen Sebelius Breaks the Law Without Consequences

Kathleen Sebelius violated The Hatch Act. Sebelius broke the law by campaigning for her boss, something federal employees are not allowed to do.

Federal investigators found that she did violate the law.

This is no small matter. Anyone else would have been fired. It is a very serious violation, but the White House has already said she will suffer no consequences.

The White House said she admitted it right away and she did it impulsively. So, if I impulsively defame someone and admit it right away, should I be exempt from any repercussions? Only if I’m one of the elite I’m sure.
