Barry Baldwin, police sketch

A 35-year old man suspected of at least seven knockout game crimes in Brooklyn has been apprehended. Two of his victims were 78-years old, and one was a mother who fell on her child. He has the added charge of endangering a child in that case.

Barry Baldwin attacked women, mostly Jewish. One of the 78-year olds was hit while pushing her great granddaughter in a stroller.

Baldwin was charged with six counts of assault as a hate crime, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, menacing charges and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

In November, another Brooklyn resident named Amrit Marajh, 28, was arrested and charged with assault as a hate crime, as well as aggravated harassment, for allegedly striking a 24-year-old Jewish man.

Brooklyn Assemblyman Dov Hikind was relieved that Baldwin was arrested and taken off the street. “Everyone will sleep a little easier,” he said, adding, “No one in our community should live in fear.”

When will DOJ Holder file federal charges against this man or Amrit Marajh? Both have been charged with hate crimes but the only man charged federally is a white man. Most of the crimes have been committed by black men.

Wanton attacks:

The knockout crimes in New York City are aimed at Jews and there are more criminals on the loose:

The only attack being charged federally as a hate crime by the DOJ was committed by Conrad Alvin Barrett, 27, of Katy, Texas. He shot video of himself using racial slurs stating his intent was to hit a black person to receive national media attention. He ended up punching a 79-year old black man, who lost teeth and needed jaw surgery. Barrett is bipolar and an alcoholic. He’s a bad guy, no sympathy for him.

However, why has the DOJ found no other case worthy of investigation as a hate crime?  Doesn’t the law apply to everyone? Why is this the first case meriting attention and why has not one word of condemnation come before this?

Barrett is facing 10 years in jail and a $250,000 fine for the federal charge but life imprisonment for the state charges, so why exactly do they need the federal charges? Why now? Why this case? Some knockout games committed by blacks-on-whites have been extremely vile.

J. Christian Adams is a lawyer for the Justice Department turned whistleblower. He left the DOJ because they refused to prosecute crimes against blacks. Whites alone were to be prosecuted. A finding by an Inspector General this year cited prejudice in the exacting of justice by the DOJ, supporting J.Christian Adams’ claims.

This appears to be more evidence. It’s also a divisive tactic pre-election to get out the black vote.

Meghan Kelly interviews J. Christian Adams in this series.
