Update: 5:47pm est: Trump has cruised to victory and is the 45th President of the United States.
Texas put the Republican president-elect over the 270-vote threshold. Electors had been deluged with emails, phone calls and letters urging them not to support Trump. Two Texas electors cast protest votes against Trump, but in the end he had more than he needed.
According to local news station KOMO, although Clinton won all of Washington state and should have gotten all 12 votes, four flipped and did not vote for her. Three votes were cast for Colin Powell and one vote was cast for Faith Spotted Eagle.
Faith Spotted Eagle is an activist who has been described as an “amazing and inspiring woman, mentor, teacher, and hellraiser.” Faith is deeply involved in grassroots efforts, including forming the Brave Heart Society to battle environmental injustice within Native American communities.
Hillary also lost a vote in Maine to Bernie Sanders.
Update: 1:50 EST, only one faithless elector so far. A Hillary voter in Maine David Bright went for Bernie. So far, Trump has 144 votes and Hillary has 59 according to WTOP, nothing else unexpected.
The 538 electors meet, according to federal law, on “the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December” in each presidential election year. In 2016, that date will be December 19. If the electors from each state vote the way voters in their states decided, Trump will win the presidency with 306 electoral votes, to 232 for Clinton. A winning majority is 270 votes.

While Michael Moore and his sore loser friends are out helping to intimidate members of the Electoral College, violating The Voters Right Act, Newt Gingrich put his take on it.
The alligators are unhappy about draining the swamp. That is the explanation for the nonsense about subverting the electoral college.

Watch the alligators lose today as the electors vote. Draining the swamp begins in January.

Michael Moore appears to have rallied alone last night. Allahu Akbar Michael.
