Unless we seal the border, every county will soon be a border county, one Maryland Sheriff told Congress this week.
It’s certainly true in New York. The citizens are the foreigners in many areas.
That is the goal, isn’t it?
In testimony before Congress Tuesday, a Maryland sheriff said amnesty for minors has led to increased gang crime and warned that without a secure border every county will be a “border county.”
“The consequence of these policy failures is the rapidly growing presence of criminal alien gangs. The criminal alien gang numbers are growing, and the serious crimes being committed are increasing. There is also a nexus between the deferred action on unaccompanied minors and the increases we are seeing in gang crimes.”
We have the most dangerous of transnational gangs coming into this country. They are trafficking these young illegal aliens and women.
“Transnational alien gangs are structured criminal enterprises involved in drug and human trafficking, crimes of violence over turf, retaliation, money laundering, and other serious crime. As these gangs are recruiting locally and increasing in number, so does the associated crime within communities.”
The US has very weak enforcement policies.
“Since 2008, this Administration has weakened immigration enforcement by dismissing deportation cases, rescinding 287g agreements, encouraging sanctuary policies, and watering down detainer policies. ICE directives have limited enforcement priorities, suspended many thousands of removals, granted deferred actions, and suspended removals for aliens who falsely claimed to be victims.”
Every jurisdiction is affected.
“Open borders, reckless sanctuary policies, and failure to enforce our immigration laws have greatly impacted public safety and national security throughout every jurisdiction of this country. Every single day, more Americans are becoming victims of senseless crimes, being injured and killed by criminal aliens, many are transnational gang members,” said Sheriff Charles Jenkins of Frederick County, Md.
“We have very effectively built a wall around Frederick County, given the fact that most surrounding jurisdictions do nothing or very little to cooperate with ICE,” Jenkins testified before the Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security.
Bo Dietl calls it rape.
“Right. And they’re not turning them over to ISIS [sic] when they’re arrested. You got guys that are 4, 5 times arrested. You know there’s an epidemic going on, and the sheriff will verify this. If you look at statistics of rapes across this country, young girls under 14 years old that are being raped by these punks and these gang members across this country, if we don’t do something, this a real epidemic.
And then, when you capture them, then all of a sudden you turn them over and they let them go. Then, like I told you on your show the other night, if they say they’ve been here since 2014 they let them go! This is so ridiculous. And this stands out right now why? Look. I don’t care if you like Trump or not Trump, but I will guarantee you, I’ve known 35 years. We will stop sanctuary cities, we will stop this immigration, we will build the wall, and America needs you. You don’t have to be a Republican or a Democrat to understand we are being raped in this country by illegal aliens and our kids are the victims.”
Dietl isn’t wrong. Anyone here by 2014 is allowed to stay according to our open borders president. Under Obama and since July, 2015, people here illegally are only deported according to his priorities.
Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson issued new guidelines in July focusing enforcement agents on three deportation priorities, with the top one including national security threats, gang members, convicted felons and recent border crossers. The other priorities include repeat offenders with lesser crimes and people who entered the United States illegally or were ordered deported after Jan. 1, 2014.
A report out today tells us that ISIS plans to enter the US through our open borders via Mexico.
Terrorist Guled Ali Omar, currently on trial, planned to open up a route from Syria to the US. Terrorists are actively pursuing it. The US says there is no hard evidence that terrorists are looking for routes through the Southern border. Only a fool would believe this.
Border Patrol has already found many from terrorist nations coming across the border. Anyone can come across our borders. That’s only common sense.
We have seen what is happening in Western Europe and of course it can happen here.
The administration won’t follow the law and are getting away with saying the law is broken so they don’t have to follow it.
The Washington Examiner reports that nearly 60 percent of illegal immigrants identified by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as criminal threats are not deported and are eventually released,
Internal ICE figures show that in fiscal 2015, the agency encountered 152,393 illegal immigrants labeled a criminal threat, mostly in jails, but charged 64,116. About another 88,000 were not processed for deportation, according to the Center for Immigration Studies’ Jessica Vaughan.
The numbers are even worse for those who ICE asks local police and sheriffs to detain but never collect, The Examiner reports.
