Update: 08/19/14: According to Gateway Pundit, local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

The family of Michael Brown requested an autopsy by famed former NYC coroner, Michael M. Baden who flew to Missouri and waived his fee.

The NY Times reported the preliminary results with the headline: “Autopsy Shows Michael Brown Was Struck at Least 6 Times”. The headline should have read, “Autopsy Shows Michael Brown Was Struck in the Front 6 Times, 4 Times in the Arm”.

The media is making this case about the number of bullets fired and it seems as if they are almost deliberately distracting people from the facts which conflict with witnesses alleged statements.

Six shots can be fired in a second-and-a-half.

Brown was not shot in the back running away and the wounds to his arm make the “hands up” scenario possible but possibly not. He was not running away.

They are waiting for toxicology reports.

A preliminary autopsy report on Sunday by Dr. Michael M. Baden showed at least six bullets were fired into Michael Brown, four in his arm, two in his head, they were likely the last fired.  His head was probably bent forward when the last bullet hit him in the head and it was likely the last bullet.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden.

All bullets were fired into his front.

Watch Dr. Baden discuss the autopsy:

The Obama administration also plans an autopsy in addition to the private autopsy and the one performed by local authorities. There will be three in total.

It’s hard to imagine an administration entering a local shooting case with such vehemence except in a Banana Republic.

Dr. Baden provided a diagram of the entry wounds, and noted that the six shots produced numerous wounds. Some of the bullets entered and exited several times, including one that left at least five different wounds.

“This one here looks like his head was bent downward,” he said, indicating the wound at the very top of Mr. Brown’s head. “It can be because he’s giving up, or because he’s charging forward at the officer.”

“In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, ‘You’re not supposed to shoot so many times,’ ” said Dr. Baden, who retired from the state police in 2011. “Right now there is too little information to forensically reconstruct the shooting.”

However, if Brown was racing towards him, the number of shots would logically be more.

In the scuffle, Officer Wilson sustained a swollen face.

Brown’s robbery accomplice Dorian Johnson said it was a case of racial profiling.

The witness and accomplice Johnson, who has yet to be arrested, claimed that Brown was shot in the back while running away and that he then turned with his hands in the air when Officer Wilson stood over him and shot him.

This autopsy so far blows that story away.

The witnesses and Johnson  who said he was shot in the back or with his hands in the air didn’t get the story right.

A few days ago a caller claiming to be a friend of Officer Wilson’s called into the Dana Loesch radio show. She was not vetted according to Dana.

THIS IS THE KEY SECTION:

“He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.

And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.

Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

You can watch the video at Dana Radio.

A video found by Conservative Treehouse appears to back up the officer’s story. It was taken in the minutes after the shooting and, according to Conservative Treehouse, a witness in the background can be heard saying the following:

#1 How’d he get from there to there?

#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck

{crosstalk}

#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him

{crosstalk}

#2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus – the police had his gun drawn already on him –

#1. Oh, the police got his gun

#2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him

{crosstalk}

#2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing

#1 The Police?

#2 The Police shot him

#1 Police?

The video can be seen on this link.

DOJ Holder attempted to hide the robbery video from the public but Chief Jackson, whose job is now on the line, released it despite the pressure on Friday.

This is the kind of thing one sees in totalitarian regimes.
