Michelle’s Imaginary Food Deserts Will Cost Us Big Bucks

Children are obese because they can only get to fast food places and not to supermarkets. Yep, it’s true, according to the fat child police. Michele Obama wants $400 million for supermarkets to be built closer to everyone. It seems she thinks there are “food deserts,”  which makes it impossible for obese people and their obese children to get to supermarkets to buy fruits and vegetables. The result, in her opinion, is children are getting fat on the fattening food establishments which are apparently near everyone. She calls her program the Healthy Food Financing Initiative.
