NASA, Saving the Earth From Extraterrestrials & Global Warming

Just when you thought NASA couldn’t become any more confusing, they become more confusing. Since they were forced to give up space flight, they are taking up important issues such as making Muslims feel better about themselves and trying to help stop global warming.

You will be happy to know that they are not wasting our tax dollars as they consider all the possible scenarios in the case of an extraterrestrial invasion and the effects that might have on earth. What does this have to do with global warming you ask?

Since they are preoccupied with global warming, they are concerned that our gaseous vapors will leave earth and send a message to extraterrestrials, alerting them to our existence. In fact, “watching from afar, extraterrestrial beings might view changes in Earth’s atmosphere as symptomatic of a civilisation growing out of control – and take drastic action to keep us from becoming a more serious threat, the researchers explain.”

“Green” aliens might object to the environmental damage humans have caused on Earth and wipe us out to save the planet. “These scenarios give us reason to limit our growth and reduce our impact on global ecosystems. It would be particularly important for us to limit our emissions of greenhouse gases, since atmospheric composition can be observed from other planets,” the authors write.
