No Prosecution Over Emails So Secret They Will Damage National Security

Despite the latest shocking find, Hillary Clinton hasn’t done anything that would cause her to be indicted according to Josh Earnest Friday. If this is true, the corruption and politicization has reached the FBI and the DOJ.
There might be a war ensuing between the White House, the FBI and DOJ and the intelligence services.

Twenty-two emails found on Hillary’s server are so Top Secret and/or Special Access that they will never be released because the information can cause “exceptionally grave” damage to national security if disclosed. This is the first time the State Department has deemed any of Hillary’s emails Top Secret, but, get this, State Department spokesperson John Kirby said they have to find out if they were marked secret at the time.

The intelligence services, however, have said that the emails were Top Secret and higher at the time they were sent and each one of these emails represents a separate felony count.

The FBI and the DOJ are reportedly riled and indicated that Josh Earnest had no right to say Hillary is not facing an indictment, Catherine Herridge told Neil Cavuto on his show Friday afternoon.

The messages represent seven email chains and 37 pages.

Spokesperson Kirby, dubbed the “idiot” by John McCain, said in a statement that “These documents were not marked classified at the time they were sent” and they are looking into the possibility that they were Top Secret when they were created.

The State Department actually wants you to believe that if Top Secret and SAP emails are not marked Top Secret then it’s not an issue. No, actually, it isn’t that they want you to believe that, it’s that they don’t care what you think and they know most people don’t care. They’re lying and hoping for the best.

The real problem of course is that Hillary put these emails on an unsecured server in her basement and transmitted them with her cell phone and told employees to cut and paste them, removing the secret markings on at least some.

The Clinton campaign is allegedly quite disturbed that emails won’t be released. They described it as classification “run amok.” If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you.

Another 18 emails between Hillary and the president are being held back.

How is it possible that something this secret, so secret that they involve top secret assets and information that could damage national security, how is it possible that they are not inherently classified? If Hillary didn’t know they had to be kept on the government server and treated as To Secret then she is too much of a fool to serve as president.

I wouldn’t even hire her for a position in my office.

Watch:

Remember Machinist Mate 1st Class Kristian Saucier who was arrested under the Espionage Act? The 10-year Navy veteran used his cellphone to snap pictures of the classified engineering spaces on the attack submarine USS Alexandria. He didn’t share them, he threw them away. He faces twenty years behind bars. We all know about the CIA Director Petraeus situation.

White House spokesperson Josh Earnest said Hillary is not a target of the investigation and from what they know she won’t be indicted.

This is what he said when asked at today’s press conference:

“That will be a decision made by the Department of Justice and prosecutors over there. What I know, that some officials over there have said is that she is not a target of the investigation. So that does not seem to be the direction that it’s trending. But I’m certainly not going to weigh in on a decision or in that process in any way. That is a decision to be made solely by independent prosecutors but again, based on what we know from the Department of Justice, it does not seem to be headed in that direction.”

Watch:

When asked about the fact that only 1,000 of Hillary’s 9,000 emails will be released before Super Tuesday, Josh Earnest said the public does not have the right to see them before. They just can’t do it in time. Must have been the snow (facetiousness here).
