A NY Times writer prefers foreigners to lazy American Trump supporters. What makes this writer different is he says he’s a conservative.
Bret Stephens, a self-described conservative, was encouraged to leave the Wall Street Journal because he is so virulently anti-Trump. He is a NY Times editorialist now, penning some nasty articles against Trump and American citizens.
Opposition to DACA comes from Trump supporters so he went after “real Americans” instead of hitting Trump voters:
“Bottom line: So-called real Americans are screwing up America. Maybe they should leave, so that we can replace them with new and better ones: newcomers who are more appreciative of what the United States has to offer, more ambitious for themselves and their children, and more willing to sacrifice for the future. In other words, just the kind of people we used to be — when ‘we’ had just come off the boat.”
He’s blaming Trump supporters for the mess caused by the leftists, specifically Hillary, Obama and the crazed Bernie-Soros supporters.
No real American is opposed to immigrants – legal immigrants – but welcoming drug cartels and terrorists is another matter. Many of those are flowing over our open borders are on the wrong side of the law. They can come back-and-forth with their cargoes largely unimpeded.
Part of the movement to erase borders includes finding excuses for select groups, like DACA, until one day, everyone is allowed.
The left is using children of illegal immigrants to further an agenda, bringing in foreigners who will ensure the left’s voting supremacy for the next 100 years. They don’t care if they bring in gangbangers, in fact, Obama welcomed them.

Stephens continues:
“I speak of Americans whose families have been in this country for a few generations…Complacent, entitled and often shockingly ignorant on basic points of American law and history, they are the stagnant pool in which our national prospects risk drowning.”
Stephens condemned American citizens “who don’t work hard, don’t believe in God, don’t contribute much to society and don’t appreciate the greatness of the American system.”
He has that all figured out – the lazy good-for-nothings are Trump supporters.
He’s often called people he disagrees with stupid and ignorant. This is the same Bret Stephens who called Hannity “Fox News’ dumbest anchor”.
Hannity gave as good as he got and called him an @$$hole and a dumb@$$ in a tweet. Sean tweeted: “If Hillary wins I will hold assholes like you accountable.” and “Where were you dumbass when in 2014 R’s said the would stop Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional exec amnesty?”
Stephens holds a lot of hate
Stephens has also said at another time that Trump supporters have a Stalinist streak. The man is a hater, an irrational one. He’s also a bigot who stereotyped everyone who supports Trump.
The only consolation is Stephens has made enemies of the left as well.Maybe he should consider the fact that he’s nasty too.
The nasty left is worse, they’re beating up people and shooting them.
