Obama Says We May Never Know What Happened in Ferguson

Obama nd Holder

President Obama had no apologies for the DOJ’s attacks on Officer Darren Wilson before any facts were known. He made it worse, saying, we may never know what happened, casting more suspicion on the already victimized former police officer.

“The finding that was made [by the Department of Justice] was that it was not unreasonable to determine that there was not sufficient evidence to charge Officer [Darren] Wilson. That was an objective, thorough, independent federal investigation,” Obama said in response to a question at a town hall discussion on expanding minority youth opportunities,” he said at a town hall meeting in South Carolina.

“We may never know exactly what happened. But Officer Wilson like anybody else who is charged with a crime benefits from due process and a reasonable doubt standard. And if there is uncertainty about what happened then you can’t just charge them anyway just because what happened was tragic.”

What distresses me more is we may never know what happened with the IRS, or Benghazi, or Fast & Furious, and so on.

Holder admitted the entire case against Officer Wilson was based on a lie, Front Page pointed out.

“I recognize that the findings in our report may leave some to wonder how the department’s findings can differ so sharply from some of the initial, widely reported accounts of what transpired,” Holder said at his recent press conference.

However, it’s not the administration’s fault, it’s the fault of the Ferguson police department, Front Page Magazine reported.

Ferguson had a “highly toxic environment, defined by mistrust and resentment, stoked by years of bad feelings, and spurred by illegal and misguided [police] practices – [so] it is not difficult to imagine how a single tragic incident set off the city of Ferguson like a powder keg,”

Eric Holder is getting ready to dismantle the Ferguson police department if they don’t do everything demanded in the scathing DOJ report.

Holder initially said the Justice Department was determined to “ensure the situtation changes” in Ferguson. “That means everything from working with them to coming up with an entirely new structure,” he added, according to a transcript released by Buzzfeed.

When he was asked if taking apart the force entirely was on the table, he replied, “If that’s what’s necessary, we’re prepared to do that.”

Barack Obama said Ferguson police must respond to every part of the DOJ report or face consequences. He is considering a federal lawsuit. He also said while it isn’t typical of local police departments, it’s not isolated either.

Sgt Mudd

Sgt. Mudd

There are two officers and one clerk who sent 7 racist emails. It’s not known who sent them and who received them. The officers were forced to resign and the clerk was fired.

One of the officers was a hero cop years ago. In 1992, Sgt. William Mudd shot at Kenneth Baumruk who went berserk at a divorce hearing, killing his wife and shooting four others. Baumruk was credited with saving Baumruk from shooting another officer. He received a Medal of Valor for his actions.
