Obama Tells His Advisors to Avoid Congress

The Constitutional scholar, Barack Obama, wants his advisors to spend the Stimulus money without going through Congress. It shouldn’t be a surprise that he feels this way since his government agencies are passing thousands of rules each year to circumvent Congress, to say nothing of the fact that he uses Executive Orders to bypass Congress.

At a meeting in Pittsburgh, Barack said, “Scour this report identify all those areas we can act administratively without additional Congressional authorization and just get it done.”
