“One man with a gun can control 100 without one…make mass searches and hold executions for found arms.”
~ Vladimir Ilich Lenin
President Obama is considering moving ahead with another executive order on gun control and in early October he urged voters to become “single issue” voters. He feels differently when the gun is in his hands, however. He once said he would bring guns to any knife fight with his enemies.
Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay told Newmax TV Friday that if he moves ahead without congressional approval, the House should consider impeachment proceedings.
Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee told Newsmax TV on Friday that gun dealers should ignore any new executive orders from President Barack Obama requiring new background checks on buyers.
“There should certainly be an absolute, unapologetic — just complete ignoring of such an order by those gun-shop owners, because the president can’t make law,” the former Arkansas governor told “The Steve Malzberg Show” in an interview. “He just can’t.
“The more that we surrender the Constitution to a president who supposedly taught constitutional law … the more he keeps that going.”
Obama, the pacifist who destroyed Libya, is also fond of guns when he’s using them against the people he perceives to be the enemy, but the rest of the time he is trying to take your guns.
In 2008, when he was campaigning against John McCain, he told his leftist allies that if the enemies brought knives, they should bring guns.
“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said at a Philadelphia fundraiser. “Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”
McCain struck back at the time, calling it the politics of fear. Obama, however, has continued to bring guns to knife fights. He won’t compromise and he considers half the country to be enemies, just as Hillary Clinton does.
Hillary Clinton also wants to make sure guns become a serious liability for lawful gun owners.
We can’t let people like this take away our inherent rights. It’s especially important to note that none of the laws they want to pass will do anything to change violence in America.
Our rights come from God, not the government. “The Second Amendment is there so you and I can protect our homes, our families, our children and our lives, and it’s also ‘there as a fundamental check on government tyranny” and that is “not subject to public opinion polls, it’s subject to the express protections of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution.”
