He will have more flexibility to do what?

Isn’t it obvious what he means?

We know Obama wants to disarm the United States. Earlier today at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Obama said, “Going forward, we’ll continue to seek discussions with Russia on a step we have never taken before — reducing not only our strategic nuclear warheads, but also tactical weapons and warheads in reserve.”

Obama said he believes the United States has a “moral obligation” to act and lead the world in reducing nuclear stockpiles.

He further said –

“I say this as president of the only nation ever to use nuclear weapons. I say it as a Commander-in-Chief who knows that our nuclear codes are never far from my side. Most of all, I say it as a father, who wants my two young daughters to grow up in a world where everything they know and love can’t be instantly wiped out.”

In Obama’s opening speech, he talked about disarming the United States –

If Obama is re-elected, he will disarm the United States because he has a “moral” obligation and believes this example will lead the world to peace. He thinks we will still be able to defend ourselves despite his wanting to cut our nuclear arsenal by at least 80%.

House letter rejecting Obama’s call for a reduction of our nuclear arsenal by 80% –

After he is re-elected (he seems quite sure of this), he will rule not govern!
