Barack Obama will without hesitation violate the Constitution and drastically alter a law passed by Congress – again.
Fox News has obtained a draft of Obama’s ten-point plan to illegally overhaul an act passed by Congress – the U.S. immigration law. His plan includes suspending deportations for about 4.5 million and it could come by Friday before the new Congress is sworn in.
His ten initiatives include boosting border security and a pay raise for immigration officers.
He will defer action on deportation for an expanded DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and for the parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents.
They will get work authorizations, Social Security numbers, and government-issued IDs. They will be free to take jobs from Americans at a time when more than 92 million Americans are out of the work force.
It is amnesty and it is yet another unconstitutional change to immigration law.
The expanded DACA will go from those who entered before June 2007 and were under 31 as of June 2012 to a cut-off of Jan. 1 2010. It will make about 300,000 illegal immigrants legal.
The DHS will give a 50% discount to the first 10,000 applicants.
Tech jobs would give another half-million a path to citizenship and it would include their spouses and children.
Democrats are pushing Obama to go ahead and go big.
After the election, Mr. Obama said he got the message. There is no way we sent the message that we want him to break immigration law and do it without securing the borders.
“We’re begging the president. Go big. These [illegal immigrants] are a plus to our nation. Mr. President, please. You said you were going to do something. Do it. Act now,” said Rep. Juan Vargas, D-Calif.
They’ve decided what is good for us though polls show more than 62% of the American people don’t want amnesty without securing the borders first. Ans 80% of American adults support “stricter border control to try to reduce illegal immigration(fairus).
We don’t even know who these people are. How do we know they are a plus, especially consider that many are criminals and probably terrorists. Last year alone, Obama released 37,000 criminal illegal aliens into our nation.
In a recent op-ed in Politico, Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., said Congress would stop Obama from taking executive action by adding language explicitly barring money from being used for that purpose. “Congress has the power of the purse. The President cannot spend a dime unless Congress appropriates it,” Sessions wrote. He also pointed out that similar language in the past has prevented the president from closing the Guantanamo Bay prison camp.
Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Tenn., says there will be no shutdowns.
