On behalf of the entire committee for Arts and Humanities, actor Kal Penn [of the TV show ‘House’ and the movie ‘Harold and Kumar’] submitted the resignation – of everyone! There is a catch! But first, read what Penn writes:
“Reproach and censure in the strongest possible terms are necessary following your support of the hate groups and terrorists who killed and injured fellow Americans in Charlottesville,” read a letter from the committee to Trump. “… We cannot sit idly by, the way that your West Wing advisers have, without speaking out against your words and actions.”
Penn was joined by the other 15 members of the committee in his resignation, NJ online reported. Allegedly, this was in response to Charlottesville and Trump’s response to it.
What Penn did not mention is the committee was formed by Barack Obama; it has never met under President Trump who was wholly uninterested in it; and Trump wants to remove taxpayer funding from these leeches.

Trump has responded:
Penn is a member of the Resistance as you can see.
