Officials Fired Over Benghazi, Were Never Fired – No One is Responsible

Four officials were fired because of their incompetence leading up to the deadly Benghazi attacks which left four of our Americans dead and others wounded.

They appeared to be scapegoats and now they appear to be rehired. They never left the State Department and are going to be back into new positions soon. [Sweet!]

Assistant Secretary of State Eric Boswell has not resigned from government service and is just going to be moved to another position. The other three “firerees”  are on temporary administrative leave. [ARE YOU KIDDING ME???]

When the Benghazi report made it clear that there were serious systemic issues, these four scapegoats were allegedly fired but that was not true.

Why do Americans allow the government to lie about everything and refuse to hold the liars accountable? The entire Benghazi affair was replete with lies and cover ups. Now the government’s even lying about the scapegoat firings.

How stupid do they think we are? [That is a stupid question for me to ask – they think we are blooming morons.]

The NY Post reported:

Spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said that Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton “has accepted Eric Boswell’s decision to resign as assistant secretary for diplomatic security, effective immediately.” What Nuland omitted was that Boswell gave up only the presidential appointment as assistant secretary, not his other portfolios.

The other officials — Deputy Assistant Secretaries Charlene Lamb and Raymond Maxwell, and a third who has not been identified — were found to have shown “performance inadequacies” but not “willful misconduct,” Pickering said, so they would not face discipline.

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.) told The Post this is “yet another ruse about the tragedy of Benghazi.”

Remember when the State Department said “heads would roll?” Apparently no heads rolled. The heads of the terrorists didn’t even roll.

The only one punished is the producer of the video who exercised his free speech rights. That should frighten people.
