Oh Yeah, That Benghazi Committee Cost Soooo Much Money

Anyone who listened to Hillary’s testimony before the Benghazi committee on Thursday knows the Democrats were very concerned about the $4 million dollars being spent on the investigation. Yes, why waste $4 million on those “bumps in the road”, as Barack Obama so eloquently described the Benghazi attack during a Stephanopoulos interview?

This is from the party of Big Government, Big Taxes, and Big Wasteful Crony Payoffs with tax dollars.

As it turns out the US taxpayer paid more for studies of Origami condoms and the obesity of lesbians than it has on the continuing Benghazi committee and the committee would have been over now if it weren’t for the fact that government wouldn’t and still hasn’t released all the records.

Hillary erased 30,000 emails and all the emails from about the time of Benghazi until nearly Thanksgiving..

The Washington Free Beacon reports that, to date, the Benghazi hearings have roughly cost $4.8 million, which is currently “$1 million less in taxpayer funds than was given to a reported conman to finance his condom inventions and studies into why the majority of lesbians are overweight.”

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) gave $2,466,482 to Daniel Resnic to develop three versions of the Origami condom, including the “first of its kind” anal condom. Resnic was later accused of wasting the money on full-body plastic surgery, trips to Costa Rica, parties at the Playboy mansion, and patents for inventions such as “rounded corners,” Truth Revolt reported.

The American taxpayer spent more than 3.5 million dollars to find out why lesbian woman are fat, The Daily Mail reported.

The lesbian obesity study took 1,460 days and Benghazi has only taken 532 days to date.

CNS News reported that the NIH spent 387,000 for Swedish massages for rabbits, 856,000 to teach lions to use a treadmill, 331,000 studying how many times “hungry” people stab a voodoo doll, $171,000 to study the gambling habits of monkeys, and on and on.

The Media Research Center reported that US taxpayers spent 15 billion on telling taxpayers how to eat; $90 million to Chinese researchers, $2 million of which was to develop a vaccine for a parasite disease common in China; CDC spent $22 million on their Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing Program. The problem? This project was nearly identical to efforts already underway at the Department of Agriculture. CDC allotted $181,966 for developing a smart phone app for specialized farmers in Tennessee, and on and on.

But, let’s not waste $4 or $5 million of 4 dead Americans who should not have died.

Democrats who insist on spending an extra trillion dollars a year we don’t have, don’t want to waste money. That’s rich, it really is.

The cupboard is bare, they want us to believe. There are no more cuts to make.
