Only $19 Billion Taxpayer Dollars for RoboSquirrels & Martian Meals!

Moroccan pottery classes, global warming musicals, tax breaks for the NFL, Martian meals, robotic squirrels, $300,000 to promote caviar, and playing high school prom video games, all for only $19 billion.

Those are some of the government grants awarded while 23 million are out of work and while Libyan diplomats were denied appropriate security. It is all done with money we don’t have. We borrow over 40 cents on every dollar we spend.

Senator Tom Coburn published his fourth “Wastebook” Monday, with the most wasteful grants amounting to more than $18 billion.

This is Congress’ fault but the Senate is Democratic and Obama is invisible – just sayin’…
