Update: Milo Yiannopoulos has resigned from Breitbart Tuesday afternoon. He said it would be wrong for his words to reflect on his colleagues.
I listened to the Milo Yiannopoulos Pedophilia tape and I honestly don’t know what Milo was saying exactly. My impression was he was trying to explain that being a victim of the heinous crime had redeeming aspects. He then joked about Pedophilia in a vulgar way. Other than that, I’m not sure what he meant. It’s a serious subject for me because I am a victim of Pedophilia.
I’m remaining anonymous because I don’t want people in my life to know what was done to me, but I felt the need to comment. My first name is Mary.
My theory of the Milo uproar is that it is being driven by a loose and unholy alliance of Trump haters who see a chink in the armor.
The Trump hate is palpable and if they can destroy the supporters, which the media is obviously trying to do, they can destroy Trump. At least that’s the theory.
There is the Deep State, the NeverTrumpers, the media, the leftists, special interests, and other assorted angry people out gunning for Trump.

The uproar over Milo Yiannopoulos and a nearly-two-year old video which began this weekend has grown into a full-blown war against him. Hours before the Monday revolt, a commenter on 4CHAN predicted it as the result of the hatred of both the left and the phony conservative right. Keep in mind that there is zero evidence that Milo has at any time engaged in sexual acts with children.
The Reagan Battalion is the group that linked to the Milo video in which he seems to suggest his support for Pedophilia. They linked to it after Milo was asked to speak at CPAC.
The NeverTrumpers and Breitbart haters would have none of it.
The Reagan Battalion is tied to the Evan McMuffin supporters — NeverTrumpers like Bill Kristol. If you go to their Facebook page, that fact becomes clear very quickly. It’s a front group for NeverTrumpers.
Salon, a basically communist online rag, deleted their pro-Pedophilia/Pederasty articles by Todd Nickerson, and then began their hate crusade against Milo. The phonies are out in full force. The sharks smell blood.
In the past, Milo has been very outspoken in his opposition to Pedophilia. His comments in the video were taken out of context to make them look worse, and perhaps he’s right when he says he was inartful. He’s inartful most of the time if nothing else.
It’s difficult to defend anything who even remotely supports Pedophilia but we need to be careful before condemning Milo.

As the 4 CHAN poster said, the long game could well be a war between the different factions of the Republican Party. McCain is doing a good job on his own, perhaps they felt he needed a little push.
Don’t underestimate the hate from the NeverTrumpers. They are as vicious or worse than the left because they will side with the left before they side with the conservative right though they claim to be conservatives themselves.
In an update Tuesday, the Reagan Coalition gave an interview to Mic.com and said they are a group of 4 conservatives who formed to keep conservatives sane. They apparently think they should be the arbiters of what conservatism is.
They just happen to be feeding into the left’s feeding frenzy. It’s not a conspiracy as it turns out.
