Podesta Group Colluded with Russian Bank to Fight Sanctions During Hillary Campaign

As the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) reported, The Podesta Group was awarded $170,000 by the Russian Sberbank CIB in 2016 to fight sanctions. Tony Podesta, brother of Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John, was paid the money over a six month period as a key lobbyist for Russia’s largest bank.

Tony Podesta’s group received most of their money from foreign entities. Trying to buy influence?

It was Barack Obama, her champion, who placed the sanctions and for months we had to hear the Democrats rail about Donald Trump lifting the sanctions for his friend Vlad Putin. That was one of their hysterical myths woven out of whole cloth.

Sberbank officials had at least two meetings with State Department officials. They are State owned.

A number of Democrat strategists were lobbying to lift sanctions against Russia.

“The Democrats are sitting there trying to convince us that the Russians are trying to throw the election to Trump,” a congressional aide who requested anonymity and met Elena Teplitskaya, Sberbank’s board chairman, told TheDCNF.

“And then they’re with us here in the House and meeting directly with the administration behind closed doors on the issue of the sanctions. The hypocrisy could not be any richer,” he said.

This is worse than hypocrisy. When are the Podestas and the Clintons going to be investigated?
