This is a fairly volatile situation, and it is in response not to U.S. policy, not to, obviously, the administration, not to the American people. It is in response to a video – a film – that we have judged to be reprehensive and disgusting. That in no way justifies any violent reaction to it. But this is not a case of protests directed at the United States, writ large, or at U.S. policy. This is in response to a video that is offensive and – to Muslims.

The Muslim world loves us. As President Obama said, his very election, as a man who is intimately connected to the Muslim world, unites us all.
We pulled out of Iraq with no presence and have no leverage there. We announced a date of withdrawal in Afghanistan and the Afghans are murdering the American soldiers training them. Our foreign policy is obviously effective, not for us, but it is effective.
Our foreign policy consists of apologizing and asking for meetings. Is it possible that we should have continued capturing terrorists to gain intel instead of relying on drones?
Of course this isn’t a joking matter but the absurd and ever-changing stories coming out of the White House to cover up for a failed foreign policy begs to be ridiculed.
The weaker we appear as a nation, the more the rest of the world orders us to eliminate our free speech, free their terrorists, and withdraw our embassies from all Muslim countries.
Denmark is gearing up for protests. Crowds in Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and Afghanistan have been chanting: “Death to France. Death to America. Death to Israel. [France had a cartoon they didn’t like]

On September 20th, President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton released their TV ads apologizing for our free speech at taxpayer expense. That seems to have been followed by riots in Pakistan on yesterday and this day, which is a Holy Day honoring The Prophet.
What we all knew was “self-evident” was verified by the White House, i.e. the attack in Libya was a terrorist attack though the White House is still sticking with the story that it wasn’t planned:
The protests and riots against the United States were taking place in 33 countries within three days of the Libyan and Cairo embassy attacks.
The film trailer which has been seen by very few people is a ruse, not a cause, though I don’t doubt it is a motivational tool used by Al Qaeda leaders. Buying into this as a cause feeds their propaganda machine.
The film has been posted since June and there were no protests outside the Benghazi Embassy prior to an attack by about 150 heavily armed men on an outpost with a dozen Americans. There is no question the Libyan attack was planned months before.
Hezbollah called for protests in Lebanon on 9/17 and about 100,000 showed up chanting “Death to Israel” and “Death to America.”
